Spent the whole day in bed - totally fed up!

Breakfast - made by my wonderful DF
2 bacon medallions
1 egg
2 slices wholemeal toast (HEB) 1tsp lurpak lighter (1.5 syns)
Mushrooms/cherry toms

Dinner
Chicken and bacon lasagne with SW white sauce (hmmm dont think will make that again - HEA)
Potato wedges
Mangetout/broccoli

EE day

40g cheese (HEA)

Muller light cherry/choc yoghurt (1.5 syns)

Tuesday 27th November - EE day

Didnt post yesterday because felt like rubbish

Food was like this

Breakfast - none
Lunch - pasta with salad
Dinner - wholemeal bun (HEB) cheese slice (HEA) and potato wedges/1tbsp mayonaise (2 syns) 1 celebration (2.5 syns)
Aplen light bar (3 syns)

Total syns = 7.5

Todays food

Breakfast - none, didnt wake up until 11:30 :eek:

Lunch - Kraft cheese pasta - made with water (2.5 syns - its 24.5 for whole box made with milk and butter (20syns) and i only had half a box)
Salad

Dinner
Chicken
Rice
Salsa - tomato/red pepper/coriander/sweetcorn/lime/spring onions

Dinner - couldnt be bothered to cook so had take away :break_diet:
1/2 Vegetable chow mein (7 syns??)
1/2 King prawn Ku Bo (5 syns???)
Boiled Rice 0
1/2 chips (10 syns ??)

Total syns = 22

Bad day but have felt like crap and my body craved rubbish for tea (well thats my excuse anyway!) Not looking forward to WI but will just have to be good next week

I had a similar week as I hadn't been well I decided to just have what I was fancying as I thought there's obviously a reason why I'm craving it !!
So I did Maccys and pizza etc !! And still managed a little loss so you should be ok Hun x

When your not feeling well - Your body just wants something quick and carb elicous (is they such a word!)

WI - well put on 1lb, was expecting it though - going out with work for curry tomorrow so will have to try extra extra hard to stay on plan next week!
