With pepsi Max, Watermelon, grapes, and pear fruit salad, chinese style ricee (2.5 for lot) chicken strips, carrot sticks, and a lot of willpower..

here i go to my 2nd xmas party, luckily its at a friends home and its a buffet. ! xxxxxxx
 
Okay, Last night did NOT go well.

i ate all of my fruit salad, but the it turned into a chocolate cake, cream and mince pie, crisp, nut and various breaded items in dip confused mess.

:confused: why oh why..

But it is done, and now it has to be said, i feel awful for it, i have the worst stomach ache.

Cant go swimming today as planned but i still have aquafit monday night. Im going to survive today on just my healthy extras, fresh fruit and water.. as i dont think i could stomach anything else.

Hey girls and boys.

Weeks not gone so well.. and i ended up missing aquafit due to the snow which didnt help. i ate loads more fresh fruit than normal, so can only hope iv sts, but i think a 1 or 2 gain, unfortuantly. Should have been more strong but i guess i didnt aticipate such festivity any earlier thanm xmas day lol, i was a bit unrealistic!

Sw party tonight, im making those brownies from the mini dessert booklet in this months mag, and home made sw mince pies :) x let u know how i get on, ooo im so excited for xmas! x
 
Okay guys, not a good start, i gained 1.5lbs back last night, and now its xmas eve

being good but am going to enjoy myself and hopefully be target +3 at the most come new year, no more! x
 
Couldnt find your other thread again this morning but just wanted to say well done on the new job !! Sounds like it was meant to be after the snow etc

hey guys and gals.

Xmas has been crazy, and has totally warrented a gain, iv been so far off plan i cant even tell you how naughty i'v been!

Weighed in at boots yday morn and showed a 4lb gain, i recon a 6lb gain to show at Sw wed morn.

Went swimming this morn and have done 20 lengths, 10 more than last time so im pleased!
back on plan as of today. :) cant hurt to get ina few extra days befor ei begin loosing my gain!

Hey Fernie! Good luck for tomorrow. We don't have our Wednesday WI so I'm going to do it at home, but it's looking like 3lbs on for me. I am sure yours won't be as bad as 6 honey *hugs* but whatever it is, I know you'll kick it in no time. Good work on the swimming! I love it, best form of exercise for toning you all over.

i gained 5lbs at WI this morn, target +4. Most iv ever gained, ever ever ever.. but back on it today.

will update on days eating as of tomo. x
 
Hey guys, just thought i'd drop in and inform you on some fab news.

Me and OH are taking the plunge and are looking at some houses to rent this weekend. Im really hoping this nice 2 bed semi with 3 car park spaces turns out to be as nice as it sounds, if not plenty more to see. Im so excited. . well, actually im absoloutly crapping it, but i know he's gunna look after me.. so we'l be okay.



so, obvs its been a 6.5 lb gain over the last 2 weeks for me, im feeling quite unwell for it, so am planning to attack it with a relaxed attitude. being good but not stressing, as i dont lose well when i stress.

Gunna swim tomorrow as im really getting my confidence up with it and i do enjoy it.

OO i thought i'd lost my diary for a sec then, but so many of you are starting 2010 diarys that you'd bumped me off the first page LOL.
Im back no dw lol..

SO, had my first day at work today.. ooo i love being a 'teaching assistant' we had 6 newborns in at one point, im so broody! but soon came back to reality when they all started screaming.. LOL


eating was difficult as was running super late with all the bad weather

2 alpens and a activa for breakfast

didnt get to eat again till 3
uncle bens chinese style rice 2.5 syns

then 3 bacon, beans and 2 eggs.. cause i was hungy lol..

Dunno what il have for tea yet, somthing with a nice bita cheese on :D

I lost 3.5 lbs at Wi tonight

Takes me from Target + 4lbs, to Target -0.5lbs. Which is fab.

I've decided to push my weight loss to 5stone. That will take me to 9 stone 8.5 lbs. i think this is achievable. I'm not setting a date though. i might just be happy to be Target minus 3lbs, 9 stone 12 lbs. We'll see.

Anyways, obviously with my 6.5lb gain over two weeks of festive period. i'm glad i only have 3 more lbs now.

Oooft!! Its sooooo cold!!!

-staying on track.. hoping for maybe 1.5lbs loss this week.

today iv had 2 alpen lights.. and a hot choc 2 syns

then i went to work, and subsequently got stuck for 3 hours in snow.. didnt eat till half 4, with uncle ben's micro rice, whole grain (how can wholegrain be 3 syns yet other flavoured ones are 1.2?) bbq chicken chunks 0.5syns, a activia yog, and some grapes.


not too sure what to ahve for tea. somthing with cheese for me HEA x
 
Okay, not going well. I had 3 quality street, 2 strips of some kind of sugery sweet, a pasta sauce that was 1.5, hot choc that was 2 and rice that was 3.. grr lol

now his parents are taking us to cafe rouge. Im gunna go swimming tomorrow, and aquafit on monday and avoid as many syns as humaly possible!
 
Okay, so i got up and went swimming this morn, only managed 22 lengths as somehow every grandparent and child in a 20 mile radius seemed to turn up half way through and made swimming lengths impossible!


got aquait tomorrow, gunna go swimming again tuesday evening and do some more lengths..

and iv a healthy roast in the oven.. to a day 100% on plan!! xxxxxxxxxx
