Here i am! *waves* - Brewin'a'Baby & Staying Slim! 2011 xx

This is very much so what iv been like the last few weeks.. i could be 99% good each day, but then would blip majorly atleast once a week, if not two days.

Im aiming for 100% week this week, without any blips.

I hope i can be strong tonight!

breakfast: two alpen lights HEB

1.9 mile run :rolleyes: bout time i stopped being lazy

1 banana, diet coke

strawberries, rasberries, pears and a squirt of cream 0.5syns
1 lemon cheesecake ww yoghurt

have planned a gammon and new pot salad for lunch

tea: Engagement meal at Bottelinos: plain steak, with plain vegetables and new potatoes, diet coke for drink.

I havnt ordered any starters or desserts and i hope it can stay that way. :sigh: i know i can do, i just have to put it into practise.

Update: had no lunch, just more strawbs and 2 more pears as i was SO busy.
I made gifts for everyone as a thank you for coming to our meal.. mini shortbread biccis dipped in icing and rolled in sprinkles wrapped in celephane.
i ate one, they were all mini's, so about 3 syns.. and that was it *halo shineing*

then at meal i had no breadsticks, no starters.. just diet coke..
plain steak, new pots, peppers and brocolie.. no sauces :) but obviously synage for oil which was obviously used.

and no dessert :)

then i came home and ate a handful of strawbs.

Thanks ellebear! Hope you are too. Im much more in control in my 'mind' this week. which is great.

Had my engagement meal this eve, and although i was fabulously good..
i hadnt concidered the reality of having a group of 25 together at a meal.
First my brother was an hour late, yes an hour.. which put us all back.. then loads of the meals were wrong because i'd got confused, orderd too many of one and none of other.. then everyone was trying to pay and it was a complete shambles.. left to me to sort out.. and somehow managed to pay and extra £30 on top of our own bill because who ever worked the bill out worked it out too less.. thirty quid we cant afford.




argh. im so tired and fed up, was so looking forward to tonight but nevermind.




atleast i was good. Fingers x'd for wednesday. x

1 apple

bangers and cheesy mash with baked beans, carrots and brocolie HEA and 1 syn for mash and 1/2 syn for 1 sausage.

1 orange

options hot choc 2syns, 2 large squirts of cream 1syn

5.5syns
 
hey Ferny sorry your meal was a shambles gorgeous - we ended up having an engagement do and that got really messy - we had about 40 people throughout the day and our house isnt big in any way - so i was like *argh* trying to tidy round after a lot of drunk people!!!!! hehe! not cool!

3.5 syns planned. i hope i can still hold strong!


Its been a very busy day at work today.. and im SO tired.. Its going to be a long week.
 
`1lb off for me. Was hoping for more, but its off.. so..

Went to bridal shop today, and found a dress iv fallen in love with. Damn it!

on the upside, its a size 10-12. Horah!

I felt amazing, and i cant wait to get married now.

Hi, have enjoyed reading through your dairy of the last few days - why is it that dinners out with loads of people always go so wrong! There's always someone who doesn't pay either enough or at all, leaving it up to the host to make it up, not fair! As for your brother, I hope he isn't going to be that late to the wedding!

Well done for sticking to plan tho, hope the sickness goes, make sure you are trying to drink as much as you can and get better soon!
 
Thanks! - i think everyone did pay, just that it was worked out less pp than it should have been, and as such we proberly paid about £1.50 worth per person to make up. grr.. have let that go now though, too much stress!
My brother is ALWAYS late, its the running joke of our family. I couldnt belivee he was an hour late though- he'd actually (for once) left on time, but had gotten very lost.

Im glad i stuck to plan, im happy for the 1lb lost this week. I would have liked more but know why it wasnt.

I attempted to eat alpen lights this morn for my HEB, and 1/.2 a ww yog 5 hours later, but have since thrown all that up..

im feeling nautious still, with stomach cramping.. but am going to attempt to eat a very small amount of pasta with some cheese. Atleast that way i will have eaten my HEB and HEA, whether i keep it down or not. I am hungry, im just not sure the nautia and pain out weighs that.

I am drinking fluids but cant say im drinking enough..

iv got to go to work tomorrow :sigh: otherwise the work load will pile up and il end up working all weekend, aswell as sorting the suprise baby shower for sunday.

My SIL was poorly on monday, and i wonder whether iv caught her 24hr bug. bloody hope not.

I just wanted to say I think your diary is fab, and you have given sound advice! I so love the post at the start of your diary saying if your gonna sit in a car for 5 hours then check the book your going to read! Made me laugh out loud!

Sorry your not feeling well at the mo, any ideas what it may be or is it just a bug? Poor you, eat lots of oranges and have honey & lemon if you can keep it down.

You have done so well with your SW journey, your an inspiration to all who are lucky enough to come and read your diary.

Keep going, imagine how fab and beautiful you will be in your wedding dress!

Still felt very delicate up untill about 4pm.. but am now fully okay, me thinks.. and have been able to eat just fine.

very small portion of plain wholemeal pasta..and a mullerlight..

then nausia hit again lol


then i had really craved sw chips and mushy peas.. which i had and i think because i really wanted them, helped.

i also had one slice of ham..


and lots of water. :)

then i had a hot choc with some cream and milk HEA 3 syns.
 
hi, I've been reading through your diary and had to say how well you have done - it's brilliant and really good to read a 'real life' diary with all it's highs and lows. hope you feel loads better soon xx
