Whoo :) Iv broken my 3 week cycle, of losses then a gain.


4 weeks iv lost in a row now, and im feeling much more positive!!


so thats 4.5 lbs in 4 weeks, so 1/2 a lb ahead of myself at the mo which is a good place to be :) 7lb exactly to target now.

Okay, todays been a bit funny but im still going 100%

breaky: 2 alpens, HEB, 1 mullerlight and a pear

2 apples

1 slice of peice of white toast with cheese on top: note, took boys to a play scheme type thing and they do lunch, they didnt eat lunch and i was hungrrrrry! so i counted HEA as i had intened to use it for lunch anyways and there was a fair bit of cheese and 5 syns for the bread 1 sweet- 2.5 syns

diet coke, grapes


I got home, and suddenly found myself attacking the last slice of chocolate cake, i ate half and threw the rest in the bin..
i counted 10 syns.. and then as punishment.. forced myself into the cold for a `1.9 mile jog/run.


1 apple

haddock, farrows marrotfat peas made into mushy peas and homemade chips.

17.5syns today... so over, but i also walked my ass off with the boys up and down and around town to keep them amused, and then did a 1.9 mile run/walk/jog combo.. so although its proberly only just about 'evens' i feel proud for taking responsibility over the cake and forcing myself out even though i only have myself to answer too, which is the main downfall in me lacking in regualr exercise.. because 'myself' doesnt care enough haha
 
How pissed off am i! i had spurred myself on to go swimming after work (pretty good going to even think about it after i did a run yesterday and doing anything after work just makes me feel bluegh cos im a lazy sod) .. i ran 45 mins late leaving work, blitzed onto the motorway to get to lesuire centre in time, got stuck in 25min traffic jam, got off, got to L.centre, realised the entire pool was full with children and completly unswimable, left, no swimming done.. full refund, drove as fast as i could to SIL as promised to drop off somthing, tried my hardest to get to another lesuire centre by which point it was already half 5 and classes had started in pool's so no lanes or freeswim. :( ho hum. jimmyed myself up for another run, only to just pull up on drive as it starts raining.

i hate exercise, so i was SO miffed that after ALL that motivation id had pull together, i didnt even flipping do any.

anyways, rant over.


breaky: 3 sweet onion ryvitas, 3 laughing cow light traingles HEB and part HEA, 1 Pear and a mullerlight, water.

lunch: cold potatoe wedges, 2 whole carrots chopped into sticks with 2 lauging cow light cheese (rest of HEA) for dipping and a handful of grapes, water.

1 apple, 1 pear, 1 ww yog, ,lots of lilt zero.

noodles, beansprouts, peppers, onions, spring onions, red cabbage, green cabage, grated carrot and other various veggies in a stir fry with a sweet and sour sauce, 4syns.

1 chopped apple.
 
breakfast: 2 alpens HEB, 1 apple, 1 pear

wholemeal pasta, passata, yellow pepper, red onion, herbs, cheese HEA xx

tea: 1/2 syn curry with brown rice and total 0% fat yogurt
(ingrediants: 6onions, 5garlic cloves, chicken, 6 diff spices, coriander leaves, and 2 tins of chopped tomatos)
3 sweets : 2.5 each? x

which pools do you use fern??

my curry is yummmmmyyyy! we have it about 3 times a monthi recon lol.

i go to bradley stoke pool, as its a nice centre and far enough from yate that im unlikely to see anyone really! not that i bother much if i do, but i prefer to just get in the zone and go rather than be distracted.

ii dislike yate centre just because, it gets so busy and of course i had a bad expierance there about a year ago, so its just put me off.

i dont know if its too far for you hun but we started using filton!
we got fed up of the pool at henbury either being full of lessons etc and got recommended filton one day...its cheaper,and theres usually at least half the pool left for swimming! and as most people tend to go to the bigger pools we've always found it a lot nicer and less busy to just 'swim'. just let me know if you want any more details.
 
Someone else mentioned that! i work in westbury so filton would be perfect for after work swims.. as i drive through it anyways! where in filton is it? in relation to say the college?

i dont really know,lol! im crap with stuff like that - i may have lived here for nearly 6 years but i grew up the other side of town. but its filton sports and lesuire centre,elm park,filton,bs34 7ps.....have a nosey online!!
you work in westbury on trym...omg! so near! my class is in westbury and it takes me just 15 mins to walk there!

3 roast potatoes and some brocolie.. i ruined my appetite with sweeties! :(
9+2+7= 18 syns..


We bought sweeties with the anticipation of loads of trick or treaters.. but it 7pm and wev still had none. No more for me, iv had too many already. ho hum.

what about taking the rest as cheese and having as a snack with an apple?
 
i thought about that

i originally measured 100mls out as i had worked out that it would make up the rest of my HEA's if i had the 3 left over laughing cow lights.,. as i only bought 8 pack not realising 5 is a HEA!
 
Oh i'm very excited me. We plan to book a 2weeek cyprus holiday in may next year. Oh the excitment! Iv never (thats right-never) had an abroad hols. EEEEEEEEK I hope we go through with it, Oh is very uncommitting to anything, so im ignoring him and steaming ahead with it. haha.

1 more apple, some lilt zero.. and then i ate a small lollypop thing and a refresher from the sweetie bag.. grr!
