Here I go! My SW diary/journey

Hi Boo, how r u doing and hows mr Boo getting on?

had a great weekend thanku, and yes definitely got stuck into SW, got my WI tonight so fingers crossed!

food diary for sunday 29th

breakfast- activia snackpot (mango), a banana, plum and grapes

lunch- 6 ryvita wholegrain crackerbread, ham, turkey, cucumber and tomatoes

dinner- chicken breast, pork chop and selection of veg
pudding- strawberries, raspberries and natural yoghurt

snacks- hifi bar and a curly wurly


It was a good day, it was my other halfs b/day, my girls wanted to make him a cake, so thats what we did! oh my, how i resisted temptation i do not know, we made a triple layer chocolate cake, in each layer there were chocolate chunks broken oreo cookies etc, it was covered in melted chocolate, choco buttons and mini oreos, it looked and smelt delicious but not only did i not have a slice but i didnt even lick my fingers, spoons or bowls whilst making it.......wooooohoooooo! lol

well i hope everyone else is ok and had a good weekend x

it's my 2nd weigh in tonight, hope its good news, have been really good this week

WOOOOHOOOOO! weigh in tonight went well, i lost 3.5lb, am very happy :)

breakfast- banana and activia snackpot

lunch- picked at some turkey, wasnt very hungry

mid afternoon- raspberries and strawberries

dinner- bacon sandwich...when i got back from SW group

snacks- curly wurly and freddo, no real surprises there! :)

We are both fine thank you. We both lose 2 1/2 lb this week so we are really chuffed, hope your day is going well Boo xx
 
so yesterdays food diary:

breakfast- banana, plum and ff yoghurt

lunch- bacon, egg, mushrooms and toast

dinner- mixed grill:chicken breast, pork chop, steak, gammon, sausage (1 syn), mushrooms and tomatoes.....was absoluely stuffed!

syns and snacks- copious amounts of fruit, kelloggs fibre plus bar (my first 1, very nice) and a freddo

dinner- diet coke chicken, rice with black eye beans, sweetcorn, peas, spring onions, and a good serving of spinach

HEa- milk
HEb- fibre plus bar
syns-sweet chilli sauce (tblsp), freddo and curly wurly

thursdays food diary:

breakfast- ww yoghurt, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries

lunch- sweet potato, ham and salad

dinner- diet coke chicken, rice with sweetcorn, black eyed beans, spring onion and spinach

HEa-milk
HEb-fibre plus bar
syns- sweet chili sauce just a smidge 2 syns? curly wurly and freddo
 
todays food diary:

breakfast- 2 weetabix

lunch- bacon and mushrooms
snack this afternoon- picked at some ham and turkey

dinner- a big prawn salad

blackberries and strawberries with some natural yoghurt

HEa- milk
HEb- weetabix and hifi bar
syns- curly wurly and freddo....same old, same old :D

MMMMMM! Kebabs......I love kebabs! Especially chicken kebabs, might have to treat myself soon!

the weekend has been good but a very quiet one

its my weigh in tomorrow evening, fingers crossed, hoping to lose at least 1.5 this week to get my first half stone! heres hoping!

Saturdays food diary:

breakfast- banana and a ww yoghurt
piece of toast with beans, fried egg and a sprinkling of low low cheese

lunch- chicken & mushroom pasta n sauce. strawberries and blackberries

dinner- smash pizza with red pepper, onion, tomatoes, courgette and garlic and rest of cheese allowance. for dessert, half a pineapple and 1/4 melon

HEa- milk and cheese
HEb- bread and fibre plus bar
syns- curly wurly and light mayo

total syns- 18....ooops not good, poxy build up to *week...
