well i had my w.i last night...what a disappointment! stayed the same, :sigh: which i know its better than a gain but i stuck to plan, thought i did really well, my consultant said its possibly due to me only being a couple of days off my * week.....oh, well, never mind, its not the end of the world, i guess, back to it, try hard this week see what happens!
yesterdays food diary, hmmm well not much to report there
a ww yoghurt for breakfast, picked at some ham and turkey
when i got back from SW last night i had a bowl of butternut squash soup and 3 slices of freshly baked tesco salt n pepper bread (my bad) but i was so disappointed with my STS i felt i had to, it was bad but oh my god, soooo good, lol!
thats my li'l rant over i will now pick myself up, slightly over dramatic lol, hahaha im fine i will just crack on heres hoping for a good loss!
