ooooo what a great idea!!!! im gonna do the same! haha im gonna be a copy cat im sorry!!! keeping the pots to refill! genius!!

yer when i've lost more i will go for something a bit more bouncy haha!!!

and i have re-discovered fruit tea!! have really gone off tea and coffee purely i think becuase i dont want to have to worry about the extra calories!! but fruit teas are yum when i want a change to just water :)

Lol no worries, im always copying ppls ideas, thats what where here for, well not just to steal tips of course haha.

Ohhhh fruit tea! Is it good? what flavours can u get? I dont drink tea or coffee atall, never have, i drink water or sugar free robinsons (by the way is that counted in cals if its sugar free!?)

I drink hot chocolate when im cold (big downfall for me!!) xx
 
haha very true!

you can get loads of flavours. . . strawberry, mixed berries, raspberry and cranberry! literally loads of flavours!! :) you just have to leave the tea bag in for a while and then the flavour gets stronger. erm i think sugar free squash doesnt have cals in it or if it does its like 1 or 2 so your ok :) just like i occasionally have pepsi max or diet coke both have like 1 cal per glass! :) and no sugar.

Ohhh my godness i must try these! My shopping lists have changed ridiculously in the past 4 weeks lol For the better of course :D

Will have a look for them at the weekend when i pick up more jellies. Did u get the caramel slim fast yet? xx
 
Hi lb all round !!!

Really please as i was woried the force fed cake would mean a gain this week!

I think I have been overdoing the tea and coffee as I have loads in the day always with milk and had not thought about it so will try the fruit teas as well - I used to drink fennel tea wich I loved - tastes like aniseed so will give that a go too!

hey hun,

how are you today?! im feeling slightly more human thank god!!

i had to share something. . . last night for my dinner i had Sausage and Mash with onion gravy and peas . . . it was a Tesco Light Choices ready meal for 350cals! i thougt hmmm it will be alright and was the only ready meal i had in the fridge so just cooked it anyway . . . OMG!!!! it is amazing!!!! soooooooo yummy! and because it was only 350cals i added Tesco light choices reduced fat extra mature grated cheddar to the mash half way through and my god it was yummy and only added 40cals onto it!!!!

im even thinking of having it again tonight!!!! was delicious!!!!! :)

Im undecided at the moment, i have some slad left in the fridge, realllyyyy fancy it for my dinner instead of a shake, but dont wana not have the shake hmmmm lol, aslong as its under the shake cals i should be ok this once to have it, or do i have it for my tea, decisions decisions.

Wish wednesday would hurry up, now i'm going on the wii i'm dying too see if it makes a better result!! xx
 
Umm sausages....

Just had my homemade winter veg soup with roll not very exciting but at least I have had some of my 5 a day!!!

Friends birthday at work today and he brought in donoughts - managed to walk past them but then a mini cocholate muffin managed to find its way into my mouth before I had made it out of the kitchen... well as I hadn't had my morning shake I had that instead .... hopefully not too much damage coz we are out on Saturday for lunch with friends and dinner so must try really hard for the rest of the week now!!!

I think the cold weather is making me hungry!!!

My legs are aching now after my 3 day wii marathon haha, least i know its working!
Dying to get back on this morn but the hubby-to-be is moaning saying 'thats how u pull a muscle, leave it for a day'
Dunno whether thats true or not! So maybe i'll just go for a walk instead hmmm.

guess what. . . im going for an all you can eat chinese tonight!! opps! haha! i've been really good though this week AND i am def going to spend hr and a half/2 hrs in the gym sat morn and then go again on monday! now that i can breath through my nose i can run on the treadmill! wahoooooo!!

Im going to to my retail park soon, they have a boots, im dying to weight myself to see if the exercise has made any difference, what dya think.. To weigh or not to weigh!!?? xx
 
oooo that is the question! haha i've resisted so far this week! i would say dont do it, only becuase of last time when it showed you hadnt lost but then come weigh day you lost 3lbs. so i vote for waiting till weigh in wednesday.

i cannot wait for the chinese lol!! so sad i know but hey ho :) but also am looking forward to getting back in the gym :)

Nooo nothin this weekend, its far too cold to even attempt anything Lol!

My sons got bad asthma so we tend to stay in and keep as warm as poss when its cold.

aw bless him! i think thats nice though! duvet DVD days!!! perfect.

i havent got much planned tbh tonight out with my dad and bf for dinner (yum) and then tomorrow GYM! and its my mums bday so we are just gonna stay in on sat night and watch Take me Out!! yesss! and then on sunday me and my bf are probably going to be apartment shopping (not sure if i have said we are just going through finalising our mortgage for a two bedroom brand new apartment) and having a lazy sunday!! Also might go shopping today, i finish at 3 on a friday :) so need to get my sister a bday present.

Quite a relaxed one this weekend, i might go swimming on sunday and then have a sauna and steam as a way of relaxing! x x x
 
Ohhh sounds very relaxed but still busy haha.

Unfortunatly we cant have dvd duvet days, as my son dont sit down and watch something for more that 20 mins grrr!

Ohhh very nice with the apartment, i remember when we was house hunting, was so exciting, then finally finding the right house :D Such a great new adventure!!

After weve got married where going to have another baby (hopefully a honeymoon baby) Ha! And then we will be looking for another house, although im in a 3 floor house now so theres enough room, were near a main rd and i want to be in like a family neighbourhood, if that makes sence lol!

By the way the jelly went smoothly, and i didnt weigh myself woohoo x

i know exactly what you mean! a nice quiet location, the type where you wouldnt have to worry so much if the kiddies wanted to play outside!
