lots of exercise today
been to the gym and walked the dog
Oddly i have really enjoyed it, allthougth my legs really ache now
went to the gym with my dad he went in the pool but i am not brave enougth to do that yet:sigh:
might try and go in the hydropool in the week but not going to push that one too much for now.
I have decided that some of the gym equipment was designed by a masocist
but i will not be beaten by it
I have started retaining water again cos i can feel it in my feet and hands
it really gets on my nerves I eat really good and then still add on water.
plan is to drink lots to try and flush it out, carry on 100% and then if it does have a detremental effect then look forward to the big loss when it goes

B pineapple with greek yoghart and honey (2 syns )
L ham sandwich with rocket and tomatoe
(hexb and 6 syns )
T pork,roast parsnip, cabbage and leek, carrot and swede gravy (2 syns ) muller yog, melon and mango slices
had lunch at my parents hence syns for the sandwich
total of 10 for the day so not too bad
have already made lentil and veg soup for lunches this week and taken turkey pieces out of the freezer so just need to decide what to do with them now, think a curry is the preferred option, althougth i won't be having rice with mine. we will just have to see what i feel like tomorrow
Teen is back at collage so looking forward to a nice quite day
