well the night nurse knocked me out, went to the dr's and have a course of steroids and anti'bs and an inhaler !!!!!!!!!

seems a bit OTT to me but hey ho !!!!!

off to work in a bit, share the germs and all that

not really hungry today so meal plan already out of the window, tried the gym this morning but can't breath while working out

will just have to keep chipping for a few days till it all settles down xxx

Maybe email would be better. In my experience (not dodgy phone lines just unfortunate situations) giggling has a habit of deflating more than their egos. Ahem TMI perhaps. Mandy's a nurse so we should be OK. Sure she'll have been party to some unfortunate circumstances in her line of woek.

i got taught as a student nurse how to deflate certain unwanted things , my daughter was mortified when she realised i had seen such things :giggle:

dodgy phone line i remember now have the perfect voice at the mo and i can control my giggles

but i once read an article about squishing and thought that might be "interesting"

Hello Lovely Mandy, oh I remember being trained how to deflate unwanted things too and got the same reaction from my girls and Malcy as you did with yours, utter disgust that I should be taught such things hahaha
