How to lose half your body weight in 10 days (Or a bit longer!)

I suppose with chains the service can vary a lot. I've never been to a F&Bs, never really wanted to. But I really try not to go out on a "special day" as service tends to be even worse.

Yeah ur so right we went last year in june and it was brill really enjoyed it the food was gorgeous but today it just tasted warmed up n just felt totally rushed althou got a bottle ov wine bad side i dont drink wine haha
 
I feel shattered today lol but not done much. Hoping to have a lie in tomorrow but I have a feeling OH will wake me to take him into work as its snowing and he wont want to wait for buses grrrr
 
Morning Hun, how was the night with poorly Nate? Hope you got some sleep. Are you still following the 7 day plan? I'm thinking of giving it a try this week (after WI tomorrow). Just unsure if to follow an EE one or a red/green one. What did you do? Xx
 
I did one last week and would like to do one next week, but I just planned the meals this week. I tend to modify things a little bit, like I'd have a tikka or Baltic or something instead of a korma and I don't usually use my syns on they suggest.

Brit you know in the magazines it has a week's sample menu? That's a 7 day plan. There are some online too.

Minks, if you just have a look through both kinds of menus and see what you fancy. Red and green can give better results, but extra easy is easier! I think my red day block is just in my head and my potatoey blood. Haha.
 
I haven't picked one yet. My food week starts on a Wednesday. You still have your normal number of syns, it is just some are already built into the menu. I personally don't like the recent thing of "supermarket dash lunch" and "lunch on the go" but that's because I'm home with Nate and I shop online and I don't like pasta n sauce or mug shots, so I make my own sauce or have. Some leftovers floating around. Ask away though hun, if you don't ask you can't know.

I had a Bacon roll for breakfast. Wholemeal roll (heb) with tomatoes, mushrooms and Bacon with the fat cut off. Before tap I had a pear and after I had half a banana (thanks Nate).

Oh, I had a £1 scratchcard last week and won £5, I swapped it for a £5 one today and won £10. Woop. Let's hope the scales will be as nice to me after my week of constant hunger!!!
 
I wanna rub you ( in a nice way lol) for some luck hun whoop - they say it comes in 3's so.... A win on the card, a good result at the scales ANDDDDDDDD a house wahooooo - I can feel its gonna be a fab week for you x
 
You may be eating loads hun but its not yukky bad stuff so don't think negative. I bet you have a loss :D

I hope you hear something this week one way or another chick. Id be so frustrated waiting, im not the most patient person haha

Well no phone call today :( it is completely out of my control, so bugging everyone about it won't change anything. Plus I'm busy trying to keep Nate out of trouble!

I know it is all good stuff but it is maddening. Especially as mum keeps going "oh I'm not hungry. I'll have mine later." I've noticed that is actually because she keeps eating pears and bananas etc all the time in between meals. If I point it out she will rip my head off though so I have to leave her to it.

We had diet coke chicken (/turkey) tonight, with rice and plenty left for leftovers! Used my hea and heb and half a syn, so I can have something nice with left over syns, should I not need to eat everything in the house. Honest, it has been just over 1 hour since we finished tea and my tummy is telling me it is hungry again!
 
I've eaten loads today too Fran (like 2.5 slices SW quiche!) but ending on 7.5 syns so pretty pleased with that :) excited for WI for the first time in a very long time!!

Keep up the good work Fran, you're on plan no matter what!! X

Everyone seems to be hungry this week, Fran - must be the weather. Our group always seem to have smaller losses in cold weather. I know you'll just keep keeping on though which is absolutely the right thing to do. You know it's only good stuff you're putting into your body!

I suppose you just have to let your mum get on with it really - although I appreciate how maddening it must be! Apparently my Nanna has now joined SW after seeing how well I'm doing. I hope she sticks to plan because she really needs to eat more and eat a balanced diet. She lost loads of weight a while ago and acted like it was a good thing, but it emerged that actually she was really depressed and eating nothing but tangerines and rice cakes. I think her biggest issue will be not having bread (she'll quite happily eat half a full-size baguette), but hopefully it will make her eat proper meals. She's diabetic so she really should be taking her food intake seriously. I know if she doesn't lose weight she'll basically see it as my fault!

Fingers crossed today will bring some house news. It's hard when it's at references stage - you never know how quickly people will respond when it's out of your hands!
