How to lose half your body weight in 10 days (Or a bit longer!)

What muppets! Grrrrr! How silly of them. :banghead:

Hopefully that will all get straightened out quickly enough and then it's just a case of a date change and a big tick in the final box. :cross:

Oh you are kidding me? Sounds like they wouldn't know their arse from their elbow! What a load of tosh. I'm angry for you! Has the lady said when they should have an answer for you? And more importantly - why couldn't they have called you to query?? It didn't warrant waiting this long just so they could visit! Pillocks, the lot of 'em!

(ok I'm off my soap box now :D) xxx

It isn't the new house people, it is the fools I used to rent from. Argh. Why can't things EVER be straight forward! She took some more notes and it means more work for her to do because that company is stupid. I said she'd seen my bank statements and can see I haven't paid rent anywhere. At least it said there were no arrears. And it is a long way from Dorset to norwich! So it is obviously wrong. She said she was in the area today and thought it'd be easier to explain in person rather than over the phone. It is so infuriating though. I tick the boxes, do the right thing and some moron can't pull up the right dates. Good old census though! It will be a while before an answer because there is more to check now.

Lol, my mum kicks arse. Because I can only honk talking on the phone is really hard, so she rung up where I rented from, and they said yes they gave the wrong details and they will send the right one, then she rung the new house people gave the name and details to get the right info. The people did laugh as I honked/husked that my mother was speaking on my behalf. The natwest man must just be a perv. But it is all sorted in minutes. Now we are back to waiting again!

At least with your honking and mums super kick ass powers you are possibly a little further on than just waiting for them to pull their fingers out their backsides! Go team Fran!

Is the household still in quarantine?! Oh and do you have all of Nates birthday pressies sorted? Xx

Well mum had been to see the architect who disagreed with her. She doesn't take "no" well, she couldnt yell at him so i think she was pleased I had lost my voice so she could get people to do their job properly or she'd do it for them. Nate was happy, Grandad lured him into silence with chocolate. Nate thinks chocolate comes from Grandad!

Now she will speak to kerrie (my friend and old boss) for a reference because that stupidity of today has been fixed! Should all my stuff check out and the parish says yes then I can have the house. If only people did their jobs properly we would be further along!

Despite it all I have stayed on plan :) I WILL get a good loss!

B: shape 0% yogurt, pear, most of a banana and a satsuma and 2 hifi lights (heb1)
S: Apple
L: salad, pickles, beetroot, jacket potato beans and 40g reduced fat cheddar (hea1 other hea is milk for tea)
d: sw chips, lm roar sausages, an egg, carrots and broccoli. Shape 0% yogurt, raspberries and blueberries.

Going to have some chocolate later and a chewy delight for my other heb!!! Hehe so naughty.

Hey Tata, I hope so. Here's hoping no one else arses up!

Minks, yes, I kept us both in today. I think I might give the Christians their germs back tomorrow! So a day inside seemed wise for Mr 4 poops. So far I got Nate a couple of pirates for his pirate ship, some more animals for his Noah's arc, 2 new pop up books and a little chair with a desk attached that I need to build. I'm still making his sodding blanket, but it is nearly done. I was looking at some toy pots and pans too because he has decided he likes his toy kitchen and laid it on his lap playing with the oven. I might hold off and suggest it to my brother, he asked what he'd like for his birthday. Meaning I have saved pennies for something I'd like to get for him when we finally move.

Awww Fran what idiots they are I think they should give you extra brownie points for that. You cant beat a good husky voice lol.

Your food for the week will be spot on as usual and you will get that loss

Hey lovey. We are doing ok. Went to churchy toddler's again today to give their germs back. Nate got in the Wendy house (yay) all the kids are well territorial over that Wendy house! But he seemed to be making little friends. Poor thing has a huge purple mark where he ran into the bed. I climbed through the kiddy tunnel to show Nate what to do. Amazed I fit in it!

Red day today
B: dippy eggs and soldiers, banana, pear 1 syn for 0.5 two butter
L: chicken, ham, pickles, salad, beetroot. Caramel snack a jack (2.5 syns) 3 babybel light (hea1 other is on milk)

Later is going to be gammon, fresh pineapple, heb2 of potatoes (not sure if it is to be jacket potato, wedges, or new potatoes) and veg :) Mmm

So 3.5 syns used and going to have a curly wurly or 2 finger kitkat later. So 9 or 9.5 for the day.

Ahh parents came home with fish! so tea was fish, 200g new potatoes (heb2), broccoli and green beans. had a yogurt afterwards and I snacked on some grapes before hand. I think I will have a SP after I have put nate down to decide high or mid syn. I know if I have around 8-10 I maintain or have a rubbish loss/slight gain, but if I high syn I lose well so I'm a bit anxious about having fewer syns, but in my head I'm thinking I SHOULD be having fewer syns so I will have a SP and decide whether to stay higher or lower it a bit from that.

Had my SP, was even lower than hoped so went for the higher syns. 14.5 for today. mmm chocolate. So pleased that red day is ticked off :) no potato sweats either. hehe.

Plan for tomorrow is

B: 35g porridge (heb1 cooked with milk from hea1 - 350ml skimmed milk) with mixed berries and sliced banana
L: Tomato, veg and lentil soup
D: mozzarella (hea2), tomato and penne bake.
snacks/puds: pineapple and melon mixed with yogurt, pear or apple, cereal bar (heb2), something chocolatey maybe a kit kat chunky (darn you 8 for £1 offer)

I know right! I've only had 1 so far and I got them weeks ago. I could have eaten them in a weekend before (with other chocolate, cake and crisps depending on how utterly ***** I felt). did you know nothing hurts more than throwing up wine gums through your nose. That's a fact!

Thanks Emma hun, I hope you have a lovely one too. I'm not doing anything but got tap class on Monday, then later Nate, Mum and I are all getting our hair cut! decided I'm going to start gradually lightening my hair to a really light brown/honeyed blonde. It'll take ages! Haircut will make me weigh less though right?

what is everyone else's weekend plans?
