Really worth a try.
Breakfast: tried overnight oats but something was a bit weird about it, going to try with different yogurt & fruit another time. Porridge, strawberry muller light, kiwi, strawberry, melon. Only ate a bit HEXB1, 2x a scotch eggs 5 syns
Lunch: quorn turkey & sage sandwich - 1 HEXB2 with tbspn pickle 1.5 syns salad. Leftover pasta bake HEXA1 cheese. Wotsits 4.5 syns. Apple.
Off to kids club now to volunteer.
Dinner when I get in - lamb grill quorn, mashed potato, veg, gravy (syns?).
11 syns so far & another green day.
