It was quite quiet but I was out visiting a friend last night. I wish I could talk her into coming to class with me. The food she serves would likely be more SW friendly if she did.:eek:

I managed a little but I could graft all weekend and still not have a tidy house. It just seems to get worse instead of better :sigh:

I did have a nice night out at a friends house though:D Could have done with the menu being more on plan but it was lovely:rolleyes:
 
Well I think it's about time I got back to logging my menus and trying to remember to do positives each day on here. :rolleyes:

So food for Sunday 5th Feb.

Snack - Clementine, Muller light coconut

Lunch - W/m roll (HEb) Cheddar (HEa) Coleslaw (3syns) Lettuce Tomato Spring onion.

Dinner - Chicken Fajitas X3 (10 syns each I think) (looked at syns online and its 7 per tortilla and more for the spices and more for the salsa and then I got lost and gave up calling it 10 each so 30 syns)
Sweet - Strawberry cheesecake (20 syns)

Total syns for Day 53 I had been light on syns all week but I get away with nothing so expecting a gain tomorrow. Ho Hum:rolleyes:

Positives for 06/02/12

1. I'm back in control of the food of eat.:D:D:D

2. We had little or no snow so could get about with relative ease.

3. Manged to get to talk to my friends on minis even in my new desk location:D

4. Had lovely night last night with friends. (synful but good):)

5. Finally got my hands on a copy of the original Victor Victoria. Brill film and planning to watch it tonight.:cool:

6. First day of week at work is over:D

I'll try to remeber to do this every day but my fodd diary will be in arrears. Still not well enough organised to publish it in advance.:eek:

Now I'm :confused: I work in Edinburgh and weather looks fine. It's a tad chilly but nothing falling from the sky. What's it doing in Glasgow. At home I usually get Glasgow's weather but colder as it's about 800 feet up.:rolleyes:

Lunch - Spicy Sweet & Sour mugshot, banana, cherries,

Snack - Alpen light bar (3 syns). Cherries,Pear, clementineX2

Tea - Burger (free) salad tomatoes,leaves, spring onion, celery. W/m roll (HEb) Sweetcorn relish (2 syns) Baked potato (free) Muller light coconut.

Snack - orange.

Lots of water.

Todays positives 07.02.12

1. Still smiling at film I watched last night. Excellent. Does giggling :roofles: count as body magic?:D

2. Hopefully completely ready for my expected gain tonight. I will not let it derail me. (ok to be P'd off for a wee while though) :eek:

3. Managed to find/make time to come on here to talk to my minis friends.:D

4. Have a nice frylight-up to look forward to after WI. Yummm:drool:

5. Hopefully my All in One recipe book will be waiting at class for me.:D

Will that do Maaaam?:D
