Well I think it's about time I got back to logging my menus and trying to remember to do positives each day on here.
So food for Sunday 5th Feb.
Snack - Clementine, Muller light coconut
Lunch - W/m roll (HEb) Cheddar (HEa) Coleslaw (3syns) Lettuce Tomato Spring onion.
Dinner - Chicken Fajitas X3 (10 syns each I think) (looked at syns online and its 7 per tortilla and more for the spices and more for the salsa and then I got lost and gave up calling it 10 each so 30 syns)
Sweet - Strawberry cheesecake (20 syns)
Total syns for Day 53 I had been light on syns all week but I get away with nothing so expecting a gain tomorrow. Ho Hum
Positives for 06/02/12
1. I'm back in control of the food of eat.
2. We had little or no snow so could get about with relative ease.
3. Manged to get to talk to my friends on minis even in my new desk location
4. Had lovely night last night with friends. (synful but good)
5. Finally got my hands on a copy of the original Victor Victoria. Brill film and planning to watch it tonight.
6. First day of week at work is over
I'll try to remeber to do this every day but my fodd diary will be in arrears. Still not well enough organised to publish it in advance.
