Another good day yesterday.
Food for Wed 8th Feb 12
Lunch - Chicken Noodle Mugshot(free), Clementines x2, Pear,grapes
Snack - Orange, clementine, pear,grapes.
Tea - 2 W/m rolls (2xHEb) Tuna in french style dressing (3.5 syns), Oatcakes (4x2syns = 8) Cheese (2xHEa)

1. Last get up for me this week.
2. Holiday tomorrow.
3. Eating is going to plan so far.
4. Feel very motivated.
5. Have car booked in for recall work for tomorrow. ie makers are paying.
I can't think of any more positives ATM.
I'll be off air for 3 days this weekend unless I get internet fixed. :argh: What an incentive for me to get on with it.
