Morning all
Well I got a 2lb gain last night, pretty much as expected after fajitagate. I had a brief moment of oh sod it I'm going for a takeaway and then remembered I was not going to let this derail me.
So off I drove and made my own tea. Not quite the frylight up I had planned to have as I had forgotten to take the sausages out the freezer, but on plan none the less.
Menu for Tues 7th Feb 12
Lunch - Thai style mugshot (free), banana, pear.
Snack - Alpen light bar (0.5 HEb)
Clementines x2 Cherries
Tea - Quorn peppersteak (Yum & free) Baked potato (free) Beans (free) Mushrooms (free)
Muller light coconut yog (free)
3 chocolates (9 syns)
Total syns 9
Positives for today 08.02.12
1. Didn't let gain at WI derail me.
2. 100% day yesterday.
3. Another 100% day planned for today.
4. One here talking to minis friends.
5. 3/5ths of get ups for work done.
6. New series of NCIS starts tonight (MMMM Mark Harmon)

I hope you're right Emily.
I'm just annoyed that it effectively wastes 2 weeks of losses.
Any loss for next week is reduced as part of it will be those same 2 lbs again.
Also P'd off that my all in one book hasn't arrived yet either. Cue the toddler tantrum:cry: Waaaah!!

It has been OK but nobody to talk to in my new location today.

It was the hacker when you sent it but it's me now.
Work officially over. I think I might head off soon though I've got to get ready for drool fest over Mark Harmon tonight. :drool: Well by that I mean meal sorted and chores done/thought about

Oh but you've missed yourself if you need to ask who Mark Harmon is. I'm trying to remember what all he's been in over the years.
He was in St Elsewhere - played a bit of a ladies man Dr there. Came to a nasty end to publicise the hetero contagion of AIDS. Can't remember the characters name.
Played Astronaut Sam in Moonlighting. Was in lots of films. I particularly remember The Presidio (sean Connery & Meg Ryan co starred) and now 7 or eight series of NCIS. Yumm
I just googled him and he's older then he looks but I did think he was looking a bit older last night.
He's 61 Defo wearing well then.You should look him up.
