Today's food as follows;

B - Fried egg (0.5 syns), bacon, beans, hash brown (1.5 syns). 2 x Cup of tea (HE) 2 x apples
L - Mushroom soup, Pear
D - Homemade beef burger with babybell, Homemade coleslaw (1.5 syns, mayo) Side salad & Sliced potatoes.

Snacks - Twirl ice lolly 2.5 syns

TOTAL = 6 syns
 
This weeks menu as follow's

FRI
B - Fried egg on toast. 2 x apples
L - Butternut squash soup. Banana
D - hicken, stiry fry veg & rice

SAT
B - 2 x toast 2x fried eggs (1 syn). Apple & banana
L - Tatie Hash
D - Mackerel in tomato sauce, pasta & salad.

SUN
B - 2 x toast 2x fried eggs
L - Tatie Hash
D - Pulled pork, SW chips, salad, veg kebabs

MON
B - Bacon, beans, toast. Apple, Banana.
L - Soup
D - Chilli & rice, Lasagne Doritos

TUE
B - 2 x toast 2 x fried eggs. Apple, banana.
L - SW Chilli, Lasagne Doritos
D - Chicken Tikka masala & rice, Onion bhaji

WED
B - 2 x toast beans & cheese. Fruit
L - Chicken curry & rice
D - Chicken, SW salt & pepper chips.

Went shopping last night for an outfit for a christening next weekend and i have dropped a dress size, in fact i could of got away with the size smaller but felt more comfortable in the bigger size. I <3 SLIMMING WORLD

Had a funny day not had any lunch, i'm not really hungry at the min so think i will just have an early night so i don't pig out later

Weigh in this morning and i have gained 4 pounds :argh: I never expected to lose this week as i haven't really stuck to it plus i attended a christening on Sunday with lots of buffet food & alcohol, nevermind back on track this week and hoping to lose 4 pounds x
