Vicky - I was soooooo good when I met Amanda. The black coffee I had with her must have been the only one over the holiday, particularly where we met where they do lovely frothies... (and it was also a rare occasion not to have a muffin with it - and not a Dukan one!!). My halo shone brightly that morning!

Morning diary and all... will be a busy morning at work for me so if I don't see you before lunch time, worry not. All is well. Will be walking to work this morning (3rd time this week, hoping the "pleasure" feeling kicks in soon! not yet alas, still a real task). Perhaps cos I've still got Xmas music in my Ipod Shuffle! Must sort that next week!

I'm a bit kissed off this morning...

Just 1lb off last week (yet 2.5 had gone on Friday - sniffle), my weekend food was angelic AND I got out there and stomped the village pavements for 45 mins FAST each day! So no more Monday weigh ins for me.

Three potential reasons for a weekend gain - (1) not enough water drunk (most likely cos I cut back Fridays and Sundays cos of 3H+ in car those evenings - 3hrs 30 Fri UGH!); (2) ate yoghurt late last night when arrived home; and (3) OD'ed on oatbran inadvertently (ate one of my delicious muffin with scrambled egg/smoked salmon Sunday breakfast, then later tested the microwave version (yuck) but ate them all myself inadvertently while watching the soaps when OH refused to help!)

Intensely irritating nonetheless!
