Haha about pizza. This morning, I did a big shop and totally forgot about the pizza. Only remembered it as I was coming up the lift.

You must do what suits you best. If you feel you need to do CC or SW then do that or mix & match - each of us are different and "one size does not fit all".

I read about your binge eating - I used to be the same and eat a whole multi-pack of snacks, loads of sandwiches, biscuits, rubbish food really - even if I did not fancy them. I tried to do the same yesterday but I could not - had some curry that my brother had left me in the freezer and a pkt crisps. Nothing tastes the same any more.

You are doing really well and your measurements are great. Imagine when you lose the weight how tiny you are going to look.

I did have a few little snacky bits yesterday, we were watching a film and "because it's Friday" after I finished logging. But I don't think I could binge like I used to. I think that kind of lifestyle takes warming up to, practice!

Haha! It's funny you say that, when I went for my wedding dress (>10 years ago) I was heavier than I am now but the same kind of shape. I was wearing a huge jumper, as I'd not long finished the night shift. When I got changed to try on a dress, the woman was so shocked, she said "Oh wow! Look at that waist!" I've always gone in loads at the waist but my hips come out so far, I've never been able to dress to show it off so I look like a fat bag lady, even when I am thinner 🤣

I bet you look really nice in a dress - Your measurements are smaller than mine with exception of your legs - I have slim legs but the rest of me is chunky. Also I am short 5' 6"

5'6" isn't short! It's a great height and I didn't think you looked chunky in your picture, maybe the 'before' picture, but not after. You've done so so well to get where you are. It's too easy to compare and really unfair as you've worked really hard! xx

I suppose from time to time, I forget about my achievement and how far I have come - so difficult after seeing myself fat for so long.

Need to be more grateful.

@Ravenous thank you! It was so delicious (if a little overcooked - as I had to cook for 5). I had to go into work again today and I think they are getting frustrated by my relaxed attitude. I'm just determined to not let things get to me.

So, not restful but one more day down. Only a year left to go! Plus, I got two phone calls today from people expressing their interest in employing me. I have a video meeting scheduled now to make further arrangements. Some exciting opportunities coming up (I hope)!

@Strawberry Madness it's a knock off Halo Top from Lidl and REALLY good. I also get the raspberry ripple which is lovely and creamy. If I have a small breakfast and stay busy mid-morning, I can have a whole tub before bed!!! :D

B - Banana and a tbsp almond butter (179)
L - Salmon fillet and eggs with a nob of butter (412)
D - Chilli and rice with way too much Tabasco (for a normal person) I thought it was delicious (670)
S - Grapefruit and a Hartleys Peach and White tea jelly which initially smells delicious and all peachy but the white tea made it taste dirty. (46)
