STARVING! I have consumed so much water, I am sloshing. I ate late last night and I gained this morning. I will not be eating late tonight!!

I got some short dated bargains this week so food might be interesting! 😁

I love peanut butter..... but I use PBfit one now , in powdered form, a lot less calories, and you just mix it with water to the consistency you want :)
I've had a look at that peanut butter and I plan to get some, when it is back in stock and I have some money! Thank you for the reccommendation.

D - Salmon fillet with new potatoes and veg and mayo (506)

Spent the morning working and the afternoon ripping out the kitchen 💪

3.6lb loss for me this week. Total lost is now 17.7lb in 11 weeks, 6.6 in 2 weeks on CC. Remarkable really when I'm having more calories than the last time I calorie counted. I think my body just really likes 1390 as it is working well for me. Unsurprisingly, I'll be CC again this week.

B - I tried to make the almond butter Porridge and failed. (402)
L - Tomato, mushrooms and an Omlette (351) new Cooker so it wasn't perfectly cooked.
D - Chinese beef meatballs with rice and veg (479)
S - Bueno knock off and 3 jelly pots (150)
