Nice day! Kinda wish I hadn't wasted so many calories at lunch but I'm still full and bang on calories at close of play.
Had a really nice walk that quite frankly, wouldn't have been possible without a "quick" lunch.

Sometimes we have to have lunch out which is more calorific than what we make at home. As long as you are on target for the day then don't worry about it.
Like your lamb dinner and loos delicious.

Thanks guys! I do love my morning walk. It's not long but it gets me out before work. Oww, exciting news! I am applying for a job. I'm excited to be at a more confident weight if (when 😁 ) I get to interview! Hope you're both doing great!

Well, based on my schedule of 1lb loss a week, I should be at 211 this week. I have lost 1.1lb and I'm at 204.1. I have also changed a lot of my weight loss rewards, partly due to COVID, lockdown, not going out to work, not being able to access shops to get said rewards and not wanting to buy some things online.
I'm having my usual relaxed eating day today so I shall see you all tomorrow! Have a wonderful day ❤
