If You Are Doing Lipotrim Please Post Here And Tell Your Story!

Hi everyone!

Just started today and feel fine.... so far. The chemist told me that day 3 is the worst, but if I can get through it things should be ok!

My wonderful friend *Rainbow Brite* told me all about this diet and since I haven't been able to shift the weight on my own (despite being a veggie, eating a very balanced diet and doing tons of exercise) I decided to give it a go : )

I think the most horrible thing about this so far was the initial weigh in- I can not believe how heavy I am. Darn the uneven flooring in my house! Oh well roll on next Monday : )

Hello everyone. This is my 3rd week on the Lipotrim diet and I have lost 15lbs. I'm over the moon because I'm half way to my target weight. I am struggling though. I'm finding it hard because I do a lot of running and finding the energy to do it is very hard, I have found my fitness has really dropped. Has anyone else found that? It's also my 8th wedding anniversary today and I feel very guilty that my husband and I can't go out for a meal and cooking him something special would be torture! I feel terrible for almost inflicting this diet on him but to be honest, he's loving the results! My weigh in is tonight so if I keep on track and lose about 4lbs a week, I should be weening myself off this in 4 weeks. How does that work. I imagine that is the hardest time, you can have some food, but not a lot. Eating nothing at all is easier I imagine. Well done to all and lets keep at it! :)

Hi Medea - you sound just like me! I'm a veggie, eat well, only have the odd glass of wine at the weekend and run miles every week. What went wrong? Ever since it hit 30 I have found keeping my weight down harder and impossible since I hit 35. This was my last chance to lose weight, otherwise it was chopping off limbs to lose a few pounds!

1st ever post

Hi,

This is the first time I have posted. This is my seond time on lipotrim. The first time was a few months ago and I gave up pretty quickly as I was not motivated at all. I was in the middle of studying for exams and writing essays. However this time I am determined. I picked a time to start when I was in the right state of mind and it just feels right this time. The weight I lost the first time stayed off so I dont have as much too lose. I started on the eighteen of June and have lost a stone so far. It just seems easier this time [although everyday between 4 and 6 I crave food, but once this passes it is fine]. I have another 12 lbs to lose and then I will have a healthy BMI of 25 for the first time in over 3 years. I am so excited about this. I have so much more energy and feel healthier already. Wishing everyone on the diet good luck.

Hey Spag, I'm on my 5th week. In May before I started LT TFR in June, I was walking and jogging regularly. For my first 3 to 4 weeks on LT I stopped altogether. The next time I went jogging I could really feel I was lighter! You might need to give yourself enough time before you get back into your fitness regime and not feel too bad about taking time off, then building up your fitness levels again.
Well done girl!

Hello everyone.
I am starting Lipotrim tomorrow and am just having a read to see what to expect. I am excited but also a bit apprehensive as I have never done total meal replacement before. I have tried slimfast and all I could think about was the evening meal! I know this is not going to be easy but having read some of these post I am feeling much more confident about suceeding now.......just don't know how i will cope without milk in my morning brew! lol

Hey Oliva's Army

The first two weeks I though about about dinner constantly, but now I'm over it! You just need to work through the 'head hunger'.
The first week will be tough, but after that you will be fine!
Keep positive and you will succeed!

End of 1st week

Hi Everyone,

I am just about to finish my first week on lipotrim. This is my second time on the diet. I went on it last September and lost about 3 stone but Christmas came along and I decided to refeed. I have put a little back on but nothing major but have decided to start again as I never got down to the target I wanted. My first weigh in is tomorrow so here's hoping all goes well. It definitely is harder the second time round...I think you know whats ahead of you but this website has been great. I logon at night and it stops me thinking about eating!!;)
Anyway, keep your fingers crossed for me tomorrow!

bevdavidson,

Well done on keeping most of the weight off and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
Be sure to post your weight on here!!

hi, this is my first time on here but what i've seen so far has realy helped me. I'm nikki, i'm 27 with 2 kids, i've been on LL for 2 wks today & have already lost 17lb. This has got to be the best diet i have done, i'm kind of an all or nothing person, i just cant follow the diets tht you can eat whatever you want in moderation. Anyway i just wanted to get involved to give my support & hopefully get some too xxx

Hi Pinkiepie,
welcome and well done! I've got two children too. I see we've got similar ticker data. Wanna race me to target?

first day

hi mini started lt today. am finding it pretty tuff going. i have 4 small children and find im a picker.....we all know little pickers wear big knickers. am really hoping this works. need to loose 3 stone before oct as am going to nyc for 4 days with 2 friends shopping and dont want to feel like big bertha amongst 2 skinny minis. :wave_cry:

Hi kelley, i'm a picker too, i've got 2 small children & it's amazing how your hand just automaticly goes for the food without even thinking. Or you just so happen to make tht bit too much for them. It does get easier though & soon you wont even think about it

Hi trimlee, yeah i'm up for a race, how long have you been doin Lipotrim for?

Hi Pinkiepie, great! Been on LT for 6 weeks now (how time flies!). Yeah, picking is a big issue, esp with children at home. When I'd been on LT for a couple of weeks I realised how much food was really being left over, which in the past I'd have (un)virtuously polished off with relish !
I've just enlisted to race Nictastic (Nic) and Thefutureisbright (Julz) to the finish line so I'll count you as an extra competitor. Aha, things are hottin' up here! (silly thought: I'm on a Harley Davidson bike wearing the meanest looking pair of shades , bandana round my head, one hand on handlebar, other hand clutching my LT shaker, taking a swig, revving up and speeding to the finish line, woo hoo!!:D)
