Yay!!! A gold star for me too. Woop woop haha.
Sometimes you have to look at things differently. Like in the gym, I count down how many sets I've done, rather than how many I've got left.
And hopefully today, providing I lose a minimum of 1.5lbs, I will have less to lose than I've lost so far.
And if I've done the first half so easily, fingers crossed the second half won't be too much of a struggle either.
I'm just worried that I've earned too many exercise points and not eaten enough that it affects my weight. But only time will tell. Weigh in at 10. But for now, I've gotta get some brekkie. I've normally eaten by now and about to hit the gym, bit because weigh in isn't til 10, I like to go straight from the gym meaning extra in bed.
I'm rambling now.

I told you you wouldn't let yourself slip whilst I away.
But brilliant stuff that you've managed to keep to it.
You have such brilliant willpower.
I had a naughty bit of cake at my best friend's house yesterday cuz it was my best friend's mum's boyfriend's birthday.
Bit of a mouthful that.
I really enjoyed the cake, and didn't have any dailies left, but had earned 19 activity points, so decided to point if as 10pp, even though I'm sure it's a huge over estimate. But better to be over than under.
I've had worse meals in the last few weeks, like chips at the seaside, and that huge 40pp thai meal, and still lost, so I'm sure, as long as I stick to plan for the rest of the week, I'll be fine.
Although am off to the seaside again tomorrow, so we'll see how I get on.

Hey Sweeties :) I'm Back and I have to say I've missed you all!

Well after my 0.5lb loss on Thursday Morning and I tried to stay focused and motivated on the plan whilst away and I managed it!

Firstly to talk about Breakfasts, the Premier Inn Mega All You Can Eat Buffet Breakast...well I avoided the Bread as planned as I would be having Bread at lunch-time, avoided the Croissants and Crumpets as those have been my downfall in the past and missed the Hash Browns and Veggie Sausages as I knew they would be hard to point.Here are some photos of what I had on both mornings, yes I know it's boring to have the same two days in a row but it really filled me up and was easy to track on the 2nd day:

To Start I had a Small Bowl of Special K with Skimmed Mik (Yes I could have milk with my Cereal as they had Skimmed Whoop Whoop!), I wasn't so OCD as to take my Scales (But I did think about it lo!) but I estimated this to be 30g for 3pp and 1pp of Skimmed Milk

Next I had Fresh Pineapple and Grapes for 0pp and a Yeo Valley 0% Fat Raspberry Yogurt for 2pp

And the final course, 2 Poached Eggs (4pp), Beans which I estimated to be 2 Tbsp for 2pp, Oil for Mushrooms and Tomatoes I estimated to be 2pp as they weren't very greasy.

So Breakfast on Friday and Saturday 'cost' me 14pp but considering what I would normally have picked I think I did pretty well?!?

Lunches on all 3 Days was a Warburtons Wholemeal Roll for 4pp as these were easy to pack and 1pp of jam. Lunch therefore 'cost' me 5pp so was no different to my usual at home lunch.

Dinners on Thursday and Friday were a Deli Box Noodle (Chow Mein on Thursday and Mild Curry on Friday in case you were wondering!), both super tasty and filling and only 'cost' me 7pp each.

Dinner on Saturday was an AMAZING Subway Salad on the way home, it only 'cost' me 3pp as I only had to point the Cheese (2pp) and Sweet Onion Sauce (1pp), everything else was 0pp!

I just stuck to Fruit for Snacks and Water and Herbal Teas so I didn't have to keep asking what type of milk they were using!

So how does everything think I did? I have to say I feel quite proud of myself, not only did I not blow the plan totally it didn't cost me an absolute fortune!

Awwww thank you Sweetie, I just tried to make the best choices in the situation I guess, I didn't even miss going to the food stalls, made me realise that I really don't need those things in my life and my purse certainly doesn't need them ;-) Legoland was fab, we were very chilled out this time around and just took it as it came, with the Annual Passes we don't feel the need to rush round like loonies and of course the quality time together was lovely! How have you been Sweetie? Amazing news ant your 2.5lbs loss! You must tell me your secret ;-) x

And I can't tell you my secret, because I don't really know myself.
Just serious willpower, a tough exercise routine and serious determination.

Although for a 6lb loss, go climb a mountain. Worked for me haha

Thanks for the tip re mountain climbing ;-) Think ill give that one a miss at the moment lol. I definitely need to introduce some exercise into my plan, just not sure what yet! X

Am making pizzas with Poppy for dinner so will update with a photo once they are made!

Hi hun well done on your food at the weekend. I realy wish i had your willpower. Realy not dun great at the weekend and its wi 2moz and i no i wil have a big gain,better face the music in the morning tho. When u fall off the wagon its so hard to get back on. Glad you had a lovely time away.x

Oops that was meant to say 6 Melba Toasts as I alternate between 5 Crackerbreads or 6 Melba Toasts with my lunch, both work out 2pp. X

Hey Sweetie, I tried to do the best job that I could and funnily enough it didn't feel as restrictive or boring as I thought it would, just goes to show that I don't need croissants and hash browns to enjoy myself! X
