If You Fail To Prepare, You Prepare to Fail

Hi hun well done on your food at the weekend. I realy wish i had your willpower. Realy not dun great at the weekend and its wi 2moz and i no i wil have a big gain, better face the music in the morning tho. When u fall off the wagon its so hard to get back on. Glad you had a lovely time away.x

Hiya Sweetie, Sorry to hear you're still struggling, I know it's probably not what you want to hear but maybe seeing a gain at WI however big or small will be the wake up call which you need to motivate yourself. I'm here for you Sweetie. X

Hey Sweeties, Well the Pizza Making (and eating!) is complete and wow, the pizza was oh so yummy!

I used a Discovery Wholemeal Tortilla Wrap (3pp) with 22g of Tomato Purée (0pp) for the base, 57g Sweetcorn (1pp)/Red Onion (0pp)/Yellow Pepper (0pp) for the toppings, topped with 30g Cathedral City (3pp) and a sprinkling of Herbs de Provence (0pp). Ok it wasn't Dominos but it tasted so nice, was cheap and fun to make, filling and only 'cost' 7pp!

Here it is ready to go in the oven...

Wow! That looks so nice.
Never thought of using a tortilla wrap as a pizza base.
Will definitely have to give that a go!

If you send me your DOB, Height and Weight (Maybe wait till aft WI so it's accurate?) and I will calculate it for you? I will of course support you if you choose PP but ill be here for you whatever plan you choose! My plan for the week is a little more walking and not so much fruit, hoping that will help me go in the right direction on Friday! X

That looks so yummy. I think i need to come live with u hehe.x

You can come move in with me Sweetie, just don't expect any meat or fish as there isn't any! X

Yeah, the minimum is 26, however I started on 28 points 6 weeks and have dropped down 2 points.
I don't mean this in a rude way, but perhaps because of your weight/age it may be 29 points and then you've got the chance to drop down the points when you lose weight?!

Why don't you give the 29 points a go to start with, see how you get on, and then gradually drop it?!

Yey, I told you something you didn't know, normally it's the other way round! Be careful with the PP on them as some were coming out as high as 6pp each :-0 These ones are on offer at Sainsburys, £1 for 8 although I got a lucky pack as it had 9 in lol, I guess there's some unlucky sod with only 7 in their pack lol. X

You're so diplomatic Emma, have u ever thought of a career as a politician ;-) x

Poundland do the ww wraps (I think it's a 6 pack) and they're 3pp each also. They're white though, so not quite as healthy as your wholemeal, but I like white.
And that's what this forum is for, learning from each other.
When it comes to food, I don't really know much about actual cooking. I can't do it haha.
And I usually just eat ready meals, so using tortilla as a base wouldn't have occurred to me.
I used to make mini pizzas using english muffins as bases when I was younger, they were nice, but I'd imagine they're quite 'costly'

Dont worry i dont think your rude. Its just that when i did it a while ago the min was 29 and thats what i was on. Its just the milk that bothers me coz i love my tea and coffee thru the day and its a few points so thats less i can eat. i dont like skimmed milk i have semi or the 1 with the puple top.x

Haha... goodness no. I don't really understand politics.
All their different laws and policies and stuff confuses me.
And there's so much in this world that I disagree with that I'd just get angry haha.

I try to avoid White Flour Products as much as I can, that's why I stick to Wholemeal Wraps/Bread,I know I have my Crackerbreads/Melba Toast but sticking to 2pp worth seems enough carbs to sustain me without affecting my tummy too much if that makes sense?!? X

I think I'd just get annoyed at the other politicians! X

Thanks.
Some people get iffy when talking about their age or weight.
I know we're on a ww support forum, but still, didn't want to offend someone.
You were probably on 29, but because that was the minimum, you didn't drop anything.
Now the minimum is 26, you could still be on 29 and have the chance to drop.
I understand you like using points on tea.
If, when you drop down points, you're struggling with having enough points to eat with, could you maybe aim to earn enough activity points each day to cover your milk allowance?

Age 29 5.6 and 11.11. thanx hun.x

That comes out as 26 Daily PP plus obviously your 49 Weeklies. X

What on earth is Purple Top? why don't you work out how many PP you will need for milk and take that off your Weeklies for the first week at least? So say 3pp a day for milk (I have no idea as I only use skimmed!) would be 21pp a week, so you'd be on 26pp, plus your milk allowance plus you still have 28 Weeklies! X

Also I saw in another post where you were asking about real food vs convenience foods? I don't buy any special foods, just my kitchen scales are my best friend lol x

Yeah, that's fair enough.
I don't mind wholemeal, or 50/50 every now and again, but I do like white.
Although I really like the Kingsmill Oatilicious bread.
Amazing toasted with Extra Light Laughing Cow Cheese Triangles.
Even better as a sandwich - toasted bread, EL LC CT & some ham (obvs no ham for you though)
Delish! And only 6pp.

I'm like that idea re Activity Points! Maybe if my suggestion isn't suitable? X
