I think the key is portion control, I know how much Poppy will eat so I only cook/dish her that amount of dinner, that way there's no waste or temptation for me! If she eats her dinner she's allowed a treat bowl (we have lots of different things which go into that) but even if she offers me something I never take it! U know the Salad Drawers in the bottom of a fridge? One of mine is filled with cheese and the other is filled with chocolate and sweets! X

I think for me it's realising that I can cheat on my diet all I want, but at the end of the day it's only myself I'm cheating. I'm letting myself down and I don't want to do that any more!
1 little cheat can lead to a huge binge for me. I shock myself at how much i can actualy eat when im on 1. I prob have more than sum people would have for there breakfast and lunch
Im guna from now on. Im going to take it a day at a time so i realy want to see how long i can go without eating crisps coz them cheese and bread are my serious downfall.x
Thick soft white bread 2. i dont even pick the healthy option. I might get sum ww bread 2moz for when i need a bread fix. We should have a little challenge and c if we can stay away from bread and crisps for a week!!x
