I think the key is portion control, I know how much Poppy will eat so I only cook/dish her that amount of dinner, that way there's no waste or temptation for me! If she eats her dinner she's allowed a treat bowl (we have lots of different things which go into that) but even if she offers me something I never take it! U know the Salad Drawers in the bottom of a fridge? One of mine is filled with cheese and the other is filled with chocolate and sweets! X
 
Yeh thats exactly how it is but when there 9 and 3 you just end up eyeballing it til they finish.x

Lol, you'll have to squirt 9p washing up liquid on it as soon as they put their knives and forks down so you can't eat it! X

I think for me it's realising that I can cheat on my diet all I want, but at the end of the day it's only myself I'm cheating. I'm letting myself down and I don't want to do that any more!

yeah i agree that portion control is the way forward and im not very good at that at all lol was saying to my friend earlier at gym if i make a spaghetti bolognaise i dread to think how many points it is cus i love spaghetti n dont weigh it or anythin n if i did i prob wouldnt like the look of the portion size either haha then the same with the bolognaise i just pour it all over

I think its coz i got brought up not to waste food and my son is the worlds pickiest eater. sometimes he just cant be bothered to eat,sometimes he just decides he doesnt like it that day. Meal times are a total trauma.x

1 little cheat can lead to a huge binge for me. I shock myself at how much i can actualy eat when im on 1. I prob have more than sum people would have for there breakfast and lunch:(

aww dont get urself down about it just try binging on fruit or yoghurts or low points snacks instead cus i kno i cud quite easily blow 10 points in a few mins on junk!!!

Im guna from now on. Im going to take it a day at a time so i realy want to see how long i can go without eating crisps coz them cheese and bread are my serious downfall.x

id say bread and crisps are my downfall too! need to cut them out altogether
 
Thick soft white bread 2. i dont even pick the healthy option. I might get sum ww bread 2moz for when i need a bread fix. We should have a little challenge and c if we can stay away from bread and crisps for a week!!x

Ok thats a deal,monday it is. How bad are we with the white stodgy bread. No bread or crisps for a whole week starting monday,bring it on!!!
