i agree bout stoppin bingin altogether but at least bingin on fruit n yoghurts is a start at cuttin out the crap and u may soon realise bingin is not worth it at all!!!!!

Finally I'm here to update...
Well today has been hectic (as always!)
I had my usual 6pp Brekkie of Toast and Chive Philadelphia, very yummy indeed!
Then I ended up getting invited out to lunch (again!) and it was at Wetherspoons. Everything in the Eat Out Guide was 10pp plus at least so I stuck to Carrot and Coriander Soup (Asked for no bread and butter!) and a side salad (Asked for no dressing!) and a Soda Water. Total 'Cost' 5pp and other than a Pink Lady Apple this afternoon I was filled up till dinner!

I then decided on 3 Quorn Garlic Herb Goujons (6pp), 2 Potato Croquettes (5pp) and Steamed Asparagus and Carrots (0pp) for Dinner.

I've walked to and from Poppy's school in both the morning and afternoon today so that's 7 out of 8 I've walked this week (Her Dad picked her up last night so I didn't have to go!), I feel so much better for the little bit of exercise I've been doing!
WI is looming tomorrow, I have to walk Poppy to School and then walk into town to WI, my scales broke so I returned them to Asda and decided to just weigh weekly in town instead of having scales in the house.

my scales are abit dodgy as well so i decided to weigh in town too and keep my tickets together to see how iv done its only 50p a week instead of a fiver!!
