I'm back and ready to lose a stone for Xmas :-)

Confession - I'd had all my SW syns for the day but then ate a pack of Snack a Jacks (rice cake things - these were caramel flavour - 5 syns (105 cals) then just to wreck my day I then ate an Alpen Light - 4 more syns (81 cals) - what's my penance for all that? x
 
Well 5 syns plus 4 syns plus one for luck equals 10 burpees, and being naughty means you get to do 4 sets of 10 burpees :)

I liked your comment but that doesn't mean I liked it! But penance done - pack of Snack a Jacks plus an Alpen light DEF not worth all those burpees, girls - so pls think twice before u reach for the goodies! xx
 
I'm being really good today. ... I've swam half a mile and walked 3 miles so far today. ....Going to a roller disco later! !!!!

Sounds like a nice day. More interesting than mine. I walked the dogs about 2 miles, did the shopping then fell off my horse and landed on my head:-(

Vegging on the sofa now with a headache 

Yeah I was wearing a hat that will now need replacing :-(

Feel a bit better this morning, just a bit bruised on my back. Luckily I was also wearing my body protector which is unusual and which gave me a bit of extra support on my back and shoulder which I also knocked.

Hoping to go for a run in a bit if my back feels up to it.

By the way forgot to mention I have half done my penance. Will try to complete it today.

Glad you were wearing body protector - don't do to much today if ur not really up to it - in my experience it will only delay ur recovery. And think we shd all be kind about the penance too - do it when ur better!x
 
Morning gang. How are we all today?

I'm chuffed as my scales showed me a 13 (actually 2 - 13.13) again this morning for the first timer since before Christmas...

I'm not how that will translate at SW this week as their scales definitely weigh differently to mine but as my weight on here has always been my undressed morning weight I'm taking it for my stats! :) <<
 
Only just seen this. Right, let me think....

12 squats and 12 lunges - that's for the quavers and smarties, as for the donut. That's the worst thing so it better be 12 burpees plus 30 seconds of plank.
