I'm back and ready to lose a stone for Xmas :-)

I will defo ache tomorrow! I'm not worried if I don't lose this week as it has been a big week exercise wise! If I stay the same I'll be over the moon as I could happily do weeks like this every week for a maintain!

Yes the maintenance 'phase' is for life isn't it - so having found exercise you enjoy is a fab solution - I'm pleased for you - it's inspiring me and others too I'm sure xx
 
Rubbish food today - will be under on calories but just not well planned and have just picked on carby stuff this evening. Will try and go to gym tomorrow night - knee not good but can something

Somehow managed to lose 0.8lbs! Today is pay day which means pub lunch. ... I have a week to make up for it so am not going to be too strict with it!

It really makes me realise how doable this is, especially as we started at the same weight. I'm now kicking mself for all ther pratting about and putting weight on in Sept/Oct last year, and then again in Jan/Feb.

Focusing on the positives I'm still 2 stone lighter than I was this time last year and I'm heading in the right direction :greenapple:

2 stone in a year is amazing, you should be proud of that

I'm probably going to adjust my goal when I get to it but only by 5 lbs at a time until I find the right size!

I think it's been easier for me as I don't have any bad influence at home to send me off track plus I have a tendency to get obsessed about things!

Pub lunch was cancelled as I got stuck in a meeting so ended up sending my assistant it for salad from the deli! Pub lunch has been rescheduled till Monday as I'm working from home today!

Yeay, 4lb off this week. That'll do me ☺

Thanks guys, yes I'm now well inside the 13s and lower than my pre Christmas weight which is all good.

Now to set my next mini targets which are losing 2 more to get my SW stone award in class and which would also see my 2/3 of the way to my target, and to lose 4 to get to 13.7. I also want to get to into the 12s by my birthday (middle of May) but I would settle for 13.2 which was my original target when I restarted.

Well done on your losses. I'm having a pain flare up so hurt all over and fed up - this is how it is for me and then the bad food sneaks in. I should have learnt by now! So rest and try again. Not going to sabotage though and undo the muscle tone I've created
 
I've been at home today as my daughter was off school so been sorting loads of stuff out ☺

I'm swimming and walking tomorrow. ...hoping to get to the gym on Sunday if my daughter goes to Sunday club!
 
I would love to get to goal by my birthday so I can celebrate with a massive slice of cake!!

Last year I had a very calorific birthday as we went to Tom Kerridge's restaurant and he loves to use loads of butter, cream and fat in his cooking. You can tell how fattening is was by my belly in this picture. I was only 10 stone when I went in (honest!) Mind you it was yummy lol.

A big slice of birthday cake is an absolute must! I've booked my birthday off so I will be good and go to the gym in the morning then the pub for dinner
