I'm back and ready to lose a stone for Xmas :-)

I suppose we could let you off as it's Mothers Day....as long as you were good for the rest of the day?

Wish I'd known there was a Mother's Day reprieve - there was a box of Maltesers amongst my gifts - even though I'd asked for a no-choc-stuff - but they know I'm addicted to it - so I shared them out and kept 5 syns worth for me (10 maltesers if you're interested!) Does that mean I have a penance in-hand for my next transgression?!
 
I had a scone with cream and jam today and wine! Was within calories so all good!

I defo think mothers day is allowed off.

Maybe an easy penance next time upndown x

I'm good thanks, food has been ok but quite a lot of bread. .. Weigh in is tomorrow but I'm expecting a sts as I've been training harder. ... defo lost inches but my muscle is starting to feel more defined so I'm expecting that will affect losses. ....

How are we all?

I've been behaving quite well this week so hoping for 2lb off at weigh in tomorrow, but I'm going to try to not be disheartend if I don't get it...

Hope you get rewarded for your good week - I stayed the same this week after a really good week - so disappointed - I went a bit mad on choc when I got home too - but my penance will have to be delayed cos I went to doc this morning - I have cystitis and a bug - headachey/aching!! But will do it as soon as I can.

I'm back on plan now altho fancied choc rather than broccoli soup I had for lunch!! xx

Arrgh. ..just ate jelly babies and a chocolate bar! Struggling to to penance in the form of squats, crunches etc as aching from lbt last night! I have aqua aerobics at 7 so going to go now and swim for an hour first. ...should do a mile which will make up for the treats!

Did 1 mile in 50 minutes. ..my personal best! Plus an hour of aqua aerobics. ..I defo think I've burnt off the sugar. ...no dinner tonight as too late to eat now and not at all hungry!

Wow no wonder your muscles are firming up! Perhaps your body 'need's jelly babies & choc??!! But surely you've burnt off the calories with a/aerobics, swim and run!!?? Well done xx

I will defo ache tomorrow! I'm not worried if I don't lose this week as it has been a big week exercise wise! If I stay the same I'll be over the moon as I could happily do weeks like this every week for a maintain!
