I had a scone with cream and jam today and wine! Was within calories so all good!
I defo think mothers day is allowed off.

I've been behaving quite well this week so hoping for 2lb off at weigh in tomorrow, but I'm going to try to not be disheartend if I don't get it...
I'm good thanks, food has been ok but quite a lot of bread. .. Weigh in is tomorrow but I'm expecting a sts as I've been training harder. ... defo lost inches but my muscle is starting to feel more defined so I'm expecting that will affect losses. ....

Arrgh. ..just ate jelly babies and a chocolate bar! Struggling to to penance in the form of squats, crunches etc as aching from lbt last night! I have aqua aerobics at 7 so going to go now and swim for an hour first. ...should do a mile which will make up for the treats!
Did 1 mile in 50 minutes. ..my personal best! Plus an hour of aqua aerobics. ..I defo think I've burnt off the sugar. ...no dinner tonight as too late to eat now and not at all hungry!
