After a great start of losing 2st but never reaching my 10st 7lb goal by hovering around the 12st mark I'm back to focusing on what works, calorie counting

Following a few weeks of eating rubbish (cakes, crisps & chocolate) I'm 12st 5lb :-(

So today is day 1 for me. Those 2st (now 1st 9lb) are gone forever and will not be coming back

My starting weight is 12st 5lb
My goal is 10st 7lb
My target date is Christmas

Wish me luck :) x

I'm going to start a Friday weigh in thread tomorrow. I was part of one last time and it worked well for me
I've drank gallons of water today and I'm keeping within my 1200 calories (well, so far anyway)

Hello :) nice to see you back!

I've been AWOL lately and binge eating and gained even more weight, but after toying with the idea of various diets lately I've settled on calorie counting - its free, it works and it's pretty much the healthiest way to lose weight and keep it off..

I've eaten pure rubbish today, but haven't eaten for the past 2 hours and don't plan on eating anything else today either so just sipping some diet coke... Will be back to CC tomorrow & sticking to 1200kcals a day :)

I'm really slack in the water department, i hardly drink any, i'm addicted to Diet Coke! seriously need to change that! I started on Wednesday so my weigh in day will be Wednesday's! :)

I really hope we can stick to it this time
I've been good all day. Stuck within 1200 calories
I've bought a vibroplate and done 20 minutes on there
My weakness is diet red bull!
