Ireland- bia- a bit of craic!

Another vote for the mushy pea curry!! I too hate mushy peas ..... And onions and mushrooms, but I bought them all at the weekend and as long as it's blended you don't taste any if them in it. Took a batch out of the freezer last night to have for dinner tonight with some rice

I was very skeptical of it to tell you the truth but it's fab. Huby hates the smell, it's very pungent, not to mention the after-effects, beans & peas are lethal for wind, sorry tmi :D

Hiya its going good do far... joined at begining of the year but left after a few weeks. Got married in july ther and started back at group 3 weeks ago. Only have 4 pound off so far but happy its going in the right direction :) xx
 
Hiya. Izzy how'd did u get on w the munchies yesterday in the end?? Yesterday was a right off becoz I had Mexican, couple beers, etc! Did ok today & prepared for 2m so I can have a couple of pints after work ... Doh! I'm going to get two good walks in sat & sun too.
 
So wrecked today I have been up since 3.10 with my baby screaming with teething pain. Calpol wasn't even helping. Just dropped my son to junior infants and now trying not to stuff my face for energy :(

Dh is at a stag tomorrow and when ever he is out I seem to have a treat night. I normally get takeaway but am going to try the curry sauce with rice and homemade chips. Really noticed how high rice is for such a small portion after using fitness pal. My plate use to be 80% rice, 20% sauce :(

Hula hooping is helping my waist. How is everyone else doing?

Ah poor baby,teething is such a cruel process. You sound like me when OH away,get a takeaway,a chick flick or boxset & go all starfish in the bed :)

My eldest has a dental appt this afternoon,it was to get a cavity assesed but sods law the tooth broke & think we're looking at an extraction,I'm dreading it all week,feel crappy hence the extra synnage.

Hope your son has a lovely day at school,were you upset with him starting?
 
Had my weigh in this afternoon and delighted to be down another 3 & half pounds, did not think that would happen this week with the hubbys birthday and we had a chinese takeaway!!! Delighted, a pound to go to my stone and a half sticker, heres hoping I can get that next week! Hope everyone else is having a good week :)

Weigh in tomorrow. Have followed plan to a tee. Between 10-15 syns every day. Even made super free soup yesterday.
So if I have a small loss tomorrow, I think i'll cry lol
Actually, I will probably think that maybe paying 9€ a week is too much. We'll see

Kids back to school today :happy036:Be great to back into a routine.

Havn't been great on plan again this week. I have a trip planned this week to Legoland in Windsor, so I'll be completely off plan, when I get back I'm gonna restart from scratch, I might even try find an evening group to attend, not sure this going it alone will work out.

Hi all - I've not been on this tread for ages - hi:wavey:to everyone!

Had WI last night - 2.5 lbs off - so I'm delighted with that - just 2 more to get my 2 stone award - PG for next week. I'm planning on starting the 30 day shred this evening - just went and bought weights at lunchtime. Hope I get good results.
 
Thanks Issy, heres hoping, all my bits are crossed. Have stuck to plan but had no bootcamp yesterday and cant make tomorrow nights one so have had plenty of long walks in the hope they will help.

Welcome elsacat. Its hard to change eating habits but it will be worth it.

Well done maria, im 2lbs down this week. Delighted cause I was a bit lax. I just made a pavlova with strawberry and cream for my mum so might be tempted to a slice.

Izzy when are you going to legoland was tempted to bring kids during the summer but didn't get around to it
