Hi All,
Joined a class on Tuesday night - Slimming World finally came to Limerick!! Just finishing day 2 on plan here. (I know it's early, but I go to bed early to get up at 5 for work hehe).
Everything is going well so far, I'm hoping the weekend will continue to be good. Looking forward to getting more tips and stuff from the threads on here.

Yeah SW seems to be pretty limited geographically group wise compared with say the likes of Weight Watchers & Unislim.
You'll find loadsa info on here.Some of the recipe threads are great.

Nice to meet ye all. Louise from the S.east here. Starting Monday in Slimmingworld. Tried before but failed miserably! Head is in the right place now to give it another go (final go!). Sad as it is I can't wait to get my first sticker. Brings me back to national school with the "go maith" stickers and stars on your spelling or hand-writing. Anyway I go on a bit. Hopefully get to know ye all over the coming months.

Hubby is at a stag tonight so hoping I wont go mad picking, always feel I have to reward my free alone time

I tend to pig out when hubby's away or when I've me time, to combat this I've been buying beauty bits, nail varnish, face masks, foot masks, anything to keep me busy & away from food, going to bed early & with the laptop or a film, helps too.
Theres a thread herer somewhere, you can cut & paste the SW stickers onto your signature, I've tried but can't seem to get it to work for me, you could try that.
Thanks, I had more than cake...was very bold...lol...have some serious pulling back to do before I see those scales next Tuesday! Isnt it horrible how only a few days of not being good can do so much damage to your weightloss!
