Sorry to see you put on 0.6 but that's nothing in the grand scheme of things! That's not even a wee! So you'll be back to normal in no time :)

Periods are horrible. I get bad cramps in my stomach and thighs :( Last month they were so bad I was crying and walking around in circles trying to ease the pain. I can't swallow tablets so I can't have the pill. I've tried the contraceptive patch but they gave me headaches.

Thanx hun. 0.6 isnt nothing your rite. Im realy not the best at takin pills but the pill is tiny. I just have half pint of water and they go down. I no how u feel with the thighs i get it across my back and in my hips 2. I Take 2 paracetamol and 1 nurofen 2gether and they do work. The things we go through. Men have it so easy. I could realy throttle greg when he says hes got a headache if only he knew the pain we have to suffer.x
 
How u feeling Trina? Did you get the prescription? Any sign of Aunty Flo? X

Yeah I was booked in for a Mirena coil fitting and I chickened out after reading how painful it was supposed to be!
