Wow Issy that looks delicious ! I have such a sweet tooth :17729:. I could eat that picture ! You sound like your having a good food week. 5 1/2 syns for chorizo not bad, at least you can still enjoy it. You managed to fit walks in too, that's great. I hope to start body magic soon, once i'm better. Being at home doesn't help, I end up snacking a lot. I find having chopped fruit on the ready always helps with night time munchies too . My week has been ok so far, but I thought I had a good week last week and I sts, so I have no idea what the scales will do this week. I have been having mainly green days, I eat a lot of quorn. Have you tried quorn chorizo it's really nice I had it on a sw pizza once. It's 5 syns for the whole pack, well worth it and the flavours not bad ! I'm going to have a red day tomorrow, planning on having my favourite, smoked salmon. I have found in the past when I eat fish I lose more as opposed to other meats, strange but its true. Your chicken and chorizo hotpot sounds perfect for this weather ! I wanted to ask, do you weigh yourself at home mid week ? I do sometimes, I know its naughty but sometimes a week seems too long and I want to know if i'm losing anything.

Scan Bran was that good that I've signed up for a regular delivery from Amazon, gonna experiment with a few flavouring I have, but the muller vanilla/coconut was lovely, it was kinda like a bounty bar cake with the choc philly on top & so filling. I could've stretched it by cutting it into fingers but I was a complete greedy guts & only got 3 portions, was stuffed after it.
Same as you I've been snack on grapes, banans & chopped melon, so far so good. I've been busy the last few nites so thats helped keep the munchies at bay. I know you had a good week & a STS, do you think this could just be your body clock, I say this because I tend to have a STS every 4weeks or so, regardless of how good I've been that week. I have to admit something to you................

I can't help it I do it a few times a week, if not every day!! I know I shouldn't but I do, I have considered hiding the scales or sticking them in the boot of the car. I always weigh myself before going to Group so I can compare scales
Your quorn chorizo sounds good I must look for it. I'd love to eat more fish but I'm not a "fishy" person, I heard a good number of people say the same ass you, in that their losses are bigger when eat it. I bought some mackeral to try, I'm on a "try something new every week" buzz!!
