I lost 1.5lbs. I was very pleasantly surprised as I've been a bit piggy today. I guess it must be the exercise. In the past my body had always reacted well to it, so I think I can thank the running. Still haven't started week 3 yet. I'm being a wuss. May try at lunchtime tomorrow.
I am so bloody down at the mo though. I so want to comfort eat. Went a little mad thus evening, ate a couple if laughing cow cheeses that I had no syns left for. Also snacked on free food. Could have been much worse. Hope I wake up tomorrow feeling more in the zone.
Cheers. I really think its just PMT, I've been a bit slack with the evening primrose oil in the last fortnight, so maybe that's played a part. Think I might need more fresh veggies too. It all helps.
Still, I have next week off with my baby - may do a last minute camping trip, weather permitting.

I mostly snack on superfree but there are occasions that superfree just doesn't do it for me. On those days, free food will usually plug that gap. A couple of laughing cows will also in the long run be fine. Good on you for managing the day well.
