You are stunning hun but you are right you don't need to lose anymore weight or you will disappear!!
Try bulking up your meals a bit more or replacing things with a higher pointed similar food. Xxx

What about swapping some of the low-fat products for normal ones? It would be a painless way of getting a few more points in. The low fat stuff does also have a lot of 'filler' materials in, which are often carbohydrate/sugar based, and you did say about reducing your sugars? (Have a look at some of the ingredients and see how many unpronounceable things there are in some pots of low fat yogurt, when all real yogurt needs to contain is 'Milk,' and fruit if it's a fruit one, obviously!) :)
 
Hey just stopping by, well done on your successful weightloss on ww :) have you thought about nuts to bulk out your intake, also healthy days like avocado! Good luck x
 
Maybe you should try having bigger breakfasts or lunches so you aren't left with loads of points at the end of the day? X
 
Hi jaly u def don't need to lose anymore weight u look lovely as u r (could even do with putting a couple back on which I will willingly give to you ha ha) if u lose anymore u will start looking gaunt & ill as someone else said have full fat yogs etc to use all ur pp's up x

Jaly please don't lose any more. You look great. As has been mentioned trying eating full fat things if you aren't hungry but if you don't eat Enough you will carry on losing and you really don't need to. You look great and very pretty too :) xxx
