Wow! - Kayaking, Canoeing, Archery, and Rock Climbing! You're not going to get bored with exercise like that! Terrified maybe (well I would be with the Rock Climbing!) but certainly not bored!
 
Today I'm spending the morning (5 hours!) planning (as I have been all of this week just forgot to mention it :)) our 'social action project' as part of the national citizen service so we're running a charity talent show which is a lot of work on a budget of £300!

I may eat more while I'm there but the packed lunch I'll take with me is below :) I tried bulking up breakfast so that I don't have another day of under-eating :)
