Gosh Jaly..is that really the way she talks to you!! .. :eek: .. I would never ever have dreamed of talking to my children like that! Doesn't matter what she is stressing about it's the language that appauls me...and they say teenagers have no respect for their parents!?! ..:confused: .. I think you are being very restrained not to have given the same back...and anyway, it's a teenagers perogative to not listen to their parents... :D .. and believe me I know all about that.

Don't be upsetting yourself.. you are such a lovely young lady and you have plenty of time to find the right one!
I can remember my oldest daughter at your age used to weep regularly as she was convinced she was on the shelf...only a few years later she met and married a lovely young man and they are still together today.

Hehe, thank you :) I'm not in a rush to have a boyfriend but, I do miss him and do still have some feelings for him, he sent a message asking for his things back which is fair enough but, it made me feel a little tearful!
 
Babe I went through this just recently. It gets easier I promise and hey look at me babe 27 and single!!! That's when u start to worry not 16 hehe your lurrrrrvely live your life first xxx

Time is a great healer. It does get easier, believe me. You will meet someone who will completely knock you off your feet. I find that love comes looking for you, not the other way around.
Good luck for today, you shouldn't be nervous, be proud!! You got amazing results & good on you for staying at school to further your education.
If I stayed close to you honey, I would be giving you a big cuddle right now AND a pat on the back for all you have achieved. You are a wonderful person & people care about you just keep that at the front of your mind xxxx

Sorry your Mam had a go for no reason at all.. Even parents get hormonal sometimes.. hope she's in better form today.. Very mature of you to not snap back at her.. I think that's what I still would do now given the chance and I'm fricken 21+9 (easier than saying my real age!)

I can ditto that a hundred fold!!
Got married when I had just turned 21 and felt that time was running out.. lived to regret it as he turned out to be a violent, selfish and very controlling twit! Used to knock me around something awful and was very violent towards his only son which has had a very disatrous effect on him to this day...okay to his two daughters, but they all witnessed some awful things. Evetually he left me when they were young teenagers. I have never met anyone else and bemoaned that fact for quite a lot of years but much better to be on my own than chance getting into a situation like that again.
Not that I am insinuating that all men are like that but the majority do like to have their own way a lot.

Hope the registering went well.

Yep!!!!! Bloody don't know a good thing when they got it. I hate fb an that for men looking at other girls. I never seem to be enough. So they can all do one for a while and be the snidey perves that they are. Ha ha xxx

The enrolling went fine, the walk there however did not, my new school shoes have cut/blistered my ankle to somethign chronic, even walking bare-foot hurts, had to get my grandad to pick me up from school it was that bad - couldn't manage the walk home! :( £40 shoes too!
