Morning Hun, please try and eat a bit more today I'm getting worried about you. You really arent eating enough. I'm all for being healthy but you need to allow yourself the odd treat and enjoy your life you are only 16 you need the extra calories to keep you going I don't want to see you end up really poorly.
No lecture here just concern. Xxxxx

Aww, thank you for caring so much :) I promise I'll try and eat more, been feeling quite tired/headachey recently which is probably a result of not eating enough but I'm going to be more lenient and let myself have off-days at parties etc instead of not eating a thing xx
 
Yup while it's great that you lost the weight and learned about healthy eating you really need to eat some more missus! Young lady and you need food for energy.

It's great that you love fruit and beg now but to still have days where you are so greatly under your calorie intake means you aren't eating big enough portions of proper food. Again just concern Jaly from everyone here as well as your family.

Do you worry about foods being too high in calories now is that why you don't eat them? Or have you just ate so little for so long that you don't feel hungry anymore? X

I definitely don't have as much of an appetite as I used to but if I ignore the 'hungry' feeling for about 20mins, if I'm busy or something, I don't really feel hungry again for a couple of hours which definitely isn't a good thing, I need to start listening to my body a bit more :) I don't worry about food being too high in calories but, i still am reluctant to give in to treats as I feel like i'm 'undoing' my hard work so-to-say, purely psychological issues :)

Also once you go to sixth form you will need even more energy..feed your brain!

I have to say I agree with what you're saying.. Like, when I'm being good, I hate to have crisps or chocolate or the likes just coz i've enough cals or PP's to cover them.. If i'm eating healthy, I want to be healthy..
So maybe instead have healthy treats.. Yogurts, extra nuts, or like high cal foods that you might have previously avoided when trying to lose.. Like, have 1.5 fillets of salmon instead of 1 fillet..
I know how hard and frustrating you're finding this as when i'm 100% focused I have the exact same issues.. I'm 200/300 cals under on a GOOD day!!!

Yes I am aware that you are doing both but they really are not compatible.
You are obviously worried about eating a lot of fruit which will automatically raise your calorie count but with WW it is so designed that calorie counting is just not necessary.
I can vouch for the successfulness of this as my D and her OH and D have all lost quite a lot of weight on it...
Sorry if that sounds rather like a lecture and I won't mention it again... :D
 
Babe, can I say a few things, because I care. :)
Your 16 gosh babe you should be careful.
Your body needs 1200 calories per day just for organ function. Everyday u eat under this u are causing Damage to your organs, your hair, your nails, your teeth, everything. Please listen to me honey anything under 1200 calorie is starvation! This means when you eat your body will cling too good and fat from it for fear there is going to be a famine thus resulting in weight sts or gain!
This is why when people do cabbage soup diet etc they gain all the weight plus more afterwards when they resume regular eating.
Your body is an amazing machine honey it is very clever, it want to keep you running, you burn calories even digesting food this is what people fail to realise. I am fed up of reading about fruit calories! Do u know it takes more calories to digest a blueberry than what's in it. Same with veg. Yes bananas u should have no more than 1-2 per day. But everything else enjoy these fruits and veggies are doing wonderful things to your skin, hair, nails etc. they keep us healthy.
Nobody should ever eat below 1200 calories a day. Trust me I starved myself for 3 years what happened???
I gained weight off 800 calories a day!!!! I gained 2 stone off this. My body was in starvation mode. The longer you go on under eating honey the more damage to your metabolism u will do.
Please angel listen to me, I know first hand what this does.
Please eat babe xxx

Just got back from the gym despite not going in a few months and feeling a lot fitter! I think I could've carried on with the exercise but didn't want to 'hog' the equipment as it was fairly busy :) Burned 300-350cal ish ^^ Now, my body definitely needs the fuel today with Karate later too!

Browny85 has made allot of sense and explained a whole better than any of us have managed.. but its basically what we've all meant.. please take note.. I know you are trying.. But really (sorry this sounds demanding) try harder!

I will :) x Your concerns mean a lot to me and I'll make sure I eat a decent amount today and for the rest of the week!

Small changes will hopefully go a long way :p 10 points left for snacks tonight! Gonna have some nuts/raisins in either some quark mousse or some porridge I think, yum :)

Well done those are exactly the right changes you need to be making! :) and hopefully soon you will remember that food is amazing and tasty and eating it is in no way difficult ;-) x
