Day 1: 85/90 weeklies remaining!

Breakfast: Wholewheat toast (1 slice), Ham, Apple, Pear
Morning: Oat cereal bar (2)
Lunch: Pasta + cheese (healthiest option available, could've just had plain pasta but didn't really fancy it, the pasta wasn't wholegrain so I should probably count it but I have no idea how much I ate as it was quite a big pot so cheating and counting it as free and just pointing the cheese!) (3)

I'm sure you'll get away with it.. You have just about enough weeklies to cover it lol

How did wi go?

Sent from my GT-I9300 using MiniMins

Tired isn't the word! Such a long day! ^^

Came home and made myself a huuuge dinner though, i mean, twice what I'd normally eat for dinner lol :p

Think I might try and put on a couple of lbs, weighed in my underwear (usually do it in jeans/top) and was 7st 9lbs which seems a bit too low tbh!

A lovely guy from my Karate class gave me a lift part of the way home which was so nice of him.. an evening of school work ahead though, bleeergh!

Hey hun hope you are ok? Xx

I'm fine, just really busy and stressed out with school, not really giving myself any relaxation/me-time atm and I really should.

Aw Liby that's not selfish at all. Its sensible.. You deal with the most important things first n us after..
Hopefully things calm down a bit for you as the year progresses.. And eh, please increase the food intake.. :) xx

Not selfish at all, life comes first and foremost and we can still see how you are getting on 'over here'.Thanks for all the support you have given over the months,at the end of the day,you have to look after yourself. We are always around ;0)

I agree with others - definitely not selfish to just post on your diary at the moment. I am a HUGE advocate of making sure you have enough "me" time or relaxation, I think its what keeps us sane (ish, in some cases).

Food still looking good, and definitely a plan to have those evenings snacks if you are still hungry after dinner.

Hope school calms down a bit and gives you some time to take a breathe soon. When I started 6th form (which was last millenium!) they did tend to throw ALOT of work at us early on, I think it was part of trying to proove how hard it was going to be so people knuckled down early on.

Don't be daft, we are all here for you, just concentrate on yourself for a change. Things can get on top of us at times & you need to prioritise. You have done the right thing, you have a lot to deal with, & there's also your Mum's wedding of course :)
Get yourself sorted & keep us posted on how you are doing because people do care about you hun, feel free to let off steam here too, it's better out than in lol xx

Aw, thank you very much ladies! You're all very amazing and deserve all the best in life! :) Wishing you all good luck with your weight loss missions too! You've all come so far and should be so proud!

I think my Mum's wedding stress is rubbing off on me which is never a good thing, lol! xx

As for letting off steam, my ex-bf is an absolute prick and I'm better off without him! He's doing everything he physically can to try and make me jealous - which to his dismay is not gonna happen :)

Really looking forward to trying gnocchi tomorrow night, thanks again Laura/Atomic for the inspiration! Finishing school early (yay for conveniently placed free periods!) tomorrow to go and get my bridesmaids dress altered - super excited! :)

As for the food Frances, consider it done! ;) xx

Got quite a bit of school work done and managed to get it all sorted in time to go to Karate - always good for a bit of stress relief, lol!
