Yea use those weeklies! Yay to free periods.Hope all goes well with the dress alterations.Grr at the ex though,well done on not letting him get to you :0)
 
It's not selfish at all to concentrate on the important things. You've given a lot of support to people on here, and you know we're here to support you too. Real support sometimes means taking a back seat when that is what is needed. I wish all our sixth formers were as sensible about their workload! xxx

Sorry ur ex is being such an ass nbdelighted yr being so mature about it n not letting him get to u. Wish u was so sensible when I was ur age!!
Just be glad he's now ur past n look to ur new bright n happy future ;)

Best of luck with everything Libby. Glad you have managed to use some more weeklies this week as I was concerned about you.

Just pop on when you can and prioritise your school work and some time to relax. As long as you manage to keep eating enough less time on minimins might help you obsess less over food too :) x
 
How are u babe? I joined u on maintaining today hit goal! Yippeeee now a gold member. My leader still wants me at meeting because she doesn't want me to lose anymore.
Can't believe I done it feels weird now though no more losing for me xxx

Opted for comfort food during school today as opposed to a healthy option but as long as I don't make a habit of it I guess it won't hurt :)

Day 3: Weeklies remaining: 55/90

Breakfast: Clementine, Porridge, 1/2 banana
Morning:
Apple
Lunch:
Pear, Cheese + Bacon pastry turnover (10)
Dinner: Mozzarella and chicken gnocchi bake (tasted amazing!) (chicken breast, gnocchi,
tomatoes, mushrooms, pasta sauce (1), mozzarella (1)) served with broccoli and carrots (everyone else had cheesy garlic bread too but the gnocchi was so filling!)
Dessert:
Apple + Sultana filo pastry pie (4) (huuuge slice and worth every mouthful - much better calorie-wise than a like sized slice of apple pie!) from Tesco if anyone's interested :) Custard (1)
Drinks:
Water
Exercise: 15mins Just Dance, 70min walk

The cheese and bacon turnover was yummy :) The gnocchi was amazing, can't thank you enough for the inspiration Atomic! Unfortunately didn't manage to grab a picture though :-(

Feeling a bit guilty this evening after the dress alterations - the dress cost more to get altered than it did to actually buy it! :( - not enough time to simply buy another dress though :/ Money isn't growing on trees for my family atm so this was the last thing they needed on top of the Wedding stress -.-"
 
Don't b comparing sf to pp days. That's not how it works. Stop it!! They are 2 completely different plans. That's like conspiring ww day with a unison day. Ones gona cum off worse. Concentrate in one plan n forget the others. That's an order!! (sorry but I need to give out to make u listen. I dont like giving out)

Really enjoyed dinner/dessert, gnocchi will definitely be a regular thing I think - so quick and easy, tastes lovely too! - Not the texture I was expecting though!

Yea it's handy we can do that. But do a sf day OR a pp day. Pls don't compare... Ur just stressing urself unnecessarily x
 
Woke up feeling really tired/sluggish - dragged myself to school anyway though, right now I just want my bed :p Foodwise, I think my cheat will be that all carbs will be free (white/wholegrain) but I'm going to choose wholegrain wherever I can of course :)

Day 4: Weeklies remaining - 47/90

Breakfast: Apple, Granola Muller Corner (4)
Morning: Clementine
Lunch: Pasta with tomato sauce (not 100% sure what was in it - onion, pepper etc I think but will count 1 point for it anyway!) (1), Pear
Afternoon: Mushrooms, Ham, Soft-cheese (1), 1/2 banana
Dinner: Roast chicken (without skin), Cranberry stuffing (1), Roast potatoes (oil allowance), Carrots, Broccoli, Gravy (1)
Drinks: Water

Exercise: 70min walk, 20mins Just Dance, light dancing at rehearsal
