Woke up feeling really tired/sluggish - dragged myself to school anyway though, right now I just want my bed :p Foodwise, I think my cheat will be that all carbs will be free (white/wholegrain) but I'm going to choose wholegrain wherever I can of course :) .....
How awful for you Libby. Nothing worse than trying to concentrate when you feel really tired. Let's hope you have a good night tonight and feel a lot better tomorrow.

Day 4: Weeklies remaining - 50/90

Breakfast: Apple, Granola Muller Corner (4)
Morning: Clementine
Lunch: Pasta with tomato sauce (not 100% sure what was in it - onion, pepper etc I think but will count 1 point for it anyway!) (1), Pear
Drinks: Water

Ergh..hope you feel better soon..enjoy the tweaks :0)

Glad gnocchi was a success! I kinda disagree about pp/sf I think that it's good to be aware of how many pps it would be as the aim basically is to eat the same amount as your daily pp allowance but without the need to weigh anything as the filling foods will naturally limit how much you eat.

It is entirely possible to have a simply filling day where you eat lots of free fruit and veg and not very much of the other free foods so where there is a big difference between the numbers on sf and pp I personally think its important to go with the pp as otherwise you are not eating enough. Most days there's hardly any difference between the 2 values if I do pp or sf. Obviously it's not something you need to stress over just something to be aware of - generally if you have any meal on a sf day that's high in pp and not free then it's best to make it a pp day instead as otherwise it looks like you have used a lot of weeklies when infact you have really only ate the minimum of what you should eat that day pp wise.

Hopefully that makes sense :-/ just my point of view on the issue though :p x

Makes total sense but clearly a difference of opinion.. Which is OK too as if we all had the same opinion on everything the world would be a boring place :)
I just think when I do SF my PP intake would only be in the early 20's but I'd be completely satisfied all thru the day.. i do input everything into MFP and my cals would always be about right (yes I kno, hypocrit lol)
I find when i'm 100% being on track and focused I get so stressed that I've not eaten enough PP but I'd be so full, that I found myself eating extra chocolate and the likes to bring up my PP intake.. Junk food that I wouldn't even really want...
But, as is the great thing about WW, each to their own and we can all make it work for us :)

Mm, would indeed be boring if we all agreed! Managed to finish my Psychology reports so I should get some time to chill this weekend - yay!

I think if I mix the PP/SF days it'd be defeating the objective as I'm not trying to limit my food - merely to eat healthily, so am gonna stick to SF, throwing my food into MFP (estimations) just to make sure i'm not eating too little etc

Glad the gnocchi was a success, sounds lush :) What about the texture was a surprise? I am intrigued! Were they softer than you thoughht they would be? I always think they feel like little tiny potato pillows!

You did very well to manage through the whole day given how tired you felt this morning. Hope you get some time to relax properly tonight. And its nearly the end of the week. Have you got many plans for the weekend?

Hiya!!
How are the A levels going?? It's great being out of school and onto a levels. More free time. Subjects you have chosen. :)

Hope you enjoyed you gnocchi. I agree with the texture thing. Wen I first tried it I assumed it would be like pasta balls. Because in tesco they are next to the fresh pasta. But they are soft and less taste that I imagined. Lovely with yummy sauce and cheese :)

Hiya! Well, at the moment they're a bit imbalanced, Maths and Physics are really difficult but English and Psychology are too easy! Still, overloaded with work though, hmpf. And, more free time - I wish lol! I have less than I did during secondary school but more freedom as to when I choose to study I guess!

Thanks Daisy! Cooking for everyone (10 people!) for Sunday lunch.. making Salmon + Soft Cheese filo pastry parcels and serving it with asparagus, babycorn, new potatoes, green beans, cauliflower, carrots (yeah.. we got a bit carried away with the reduced veg at Tesco!) and a 'thousand isles' dressing, yum :) - Let's hope it turns out to be as good as it looks in the recipe book, lol :p

Hello Hun, I've been a silent follower of you for a while (not a stalker in any way) lol and just wanted to say you have done great! I'm giving ww a proper second go and hopefully follow it correctly like you have done :) x

That does sound like a very busy day! I know the wedding is quite soon but when is it? Are you excited about it?

Menu for tomorrow looks great, although I reckon you should be cooking for 11 - what time do you want me round?!
