Thank you very much - and I wish I could T ... ..... munched more last night and have NOT stuck to 'the plan' today-far from it ... however, have just had an altercation with DH which has put me off my food - let's hope we don't make up before tomorrow LOL!! xx

Yeah - actually it can take me that way too - but when I get myself in a 'twist' and think it's all 'so unfair'!!! My stomach knots too .... Trouble is I get over it too quick xx

LOL! Yeah I should do that! The other thing I can think about is creepy crawlies .... we have the (very bad) habit of having the tv on while we're eating and if there happens to be a prog on about creepiy crawlies I can't eat! They literally turn my stomach and are doing so as I type ... funny how these things never occur to you when you need them!!! xx

ooooh *barf* ... i'm like that with snakes, worms, basically anything that wriggles along it totally, 100% creeps me out, I even close my eyes if anything like that is on tv. Oh that and labour being shown on tv!!!! :giggle:
