Maintaing LT loss on GL
Is it just, choc, biscuits etc that set you off?? If so, could it be sugar spikes causedby sugars and high carbs? Or maybe the plain old bad habits we all had of one biscuit leading to the whole packet. I always try the pause approach in these situations. I pause and ask myself, do I want it, do I need it, will I feel better for it, will I feel worse for it, why do I want it right now, might I wait and have it later. Mostly this stops me overstepping the mark. When it doesn't, I don't allow myself to feel guilty either as I promise myself I will do better in the grander scheme of things. Feeling guilty always made me eat twice as much if that makes sense!
