Jan check out approvedfood.co.uk they do some on there. They are close to the use by date but are ok for a few months I think. None of the stores down here do any so I'm just sticking with my tescos ones for now!

I'm afraid and very annoyed with myself to have to confess that it didn't stop there! Had toast & biscuits & stuff at mum's and then more (much more) of the same at home. I don't know what's the matter with me. I'm totally bloated now - could hardly get my ring on when I got up tonight.
Why do we do these things??????!!!!!! :(:(:(

Anyhoo - new day .. tonight when I got up I had the left over veggies & gravy from last night & a small banana. A pear at mum's and I've brought to work a mrb and 2 boiled eggs.

I've got a very dry & scratchy throat and I've sneezed a few times - I could be getting my son's cold AND I haven't been taking my echinacea lately, haven't had any since we're back from hols so that won't be helping. I'll dose myself up when I get in in the morning - I forgot before I came out!

Fingers crossed I can stay on the straight & narrow now .. I'll be lucky to sts on monday! :( xx
 
Oh no Jan :( that blasted stew has alot to answer for!!!!
If you find the answer to why we do this to ourselves you'll be a very rich woman indeed!!!

During the night I only had 4 squares of choc that I shouldn't have had.

But then it all started again at mum's ... biscuits, toast .... carried on in Tesco's with bacon roll (butter, mayo etc) and even moreso at home with several choc biscs :(:(:(

Totally lost the plot wich is probably just as well because if I found it I'd only eat it! :giggle:

Ach Tosh! I'm annoyed with myself but what the hell .... I'm sure my mojo will find me again sometime ;)

Funnily enough I'm not a bit hungry since I've got up. If I didn't have to feed DH I probably wouldn't bother - though as I'm having some wine that probably wouldn't be the best idea. Just going to have some smoked river cobbler & salad.

I've dosed myself up with echinacea and am drinking loads of hot ribena (sugar free of course ;)) my throat is no worse but no better & my nose is a bit blocked but I'm hoping to head it off at the pass so to speak - serve me right for getting complacent about taking my echinacea :) xx
 
Ah Jan you've got a great attitude to this - your mojo will find you or vice versa. Maybe you need to get this outta your system then you'll be back aboard :)

I agree with Tan. Sometimes it is not only good for the metabolism but for you mentally too- as long as it isn't too often!

Just had one complete crisp and the bits out of the bottom of the pack of McCoys. I mean to say ... this is what my DD can do - just stop coz she's had enough :/ .... hard to believe she's my daughter really :eek: ;) xx

Well I don't know how the hell it happened but I lost 2.2lbs!!! 10st 7lbs! ... Go figure!!

Monday 10th October

Lunch - Bacon roll with butter & mayo (this is becoming a habit! :eek:)

Tea - Roast chicken with brocolli, cauli, leek, 3 tiny wedges & el salad cream
