Thanks Irish ... I still have a few lbs to shift though and did pure(ish) protein only for 3 days (except for a l'il bit o choccie ) which is why I was hoping for a better reslult .. no matter I'll get there!
Tuesday 3rd August
Breakie - 2 weetabix, berries etc
Lunch - John West snack lunch
2 walkers cheese n onion
3 forkfulls of Mum's carrot & walnut cake
1 custard cream
1 and a half bourbons
Half a large banana
Edit .... flippin' 'eck, flippin' kids, flippin NO control!! **mutter mutter mutter mutter** Making/clearing up kids tea .....
several curly fries
bite of pizza
scrape out of the bottom of an aero dessert which was so nice I then HAD (YES 'HAD' you understand) to have the last one of the pack of four ..... POO!! x
Tea - Lightly dusted river cobbler with stir fry
I have those 3 boys staying tonight ... there WILL be V&Cs imbibed when (IF!) they settle down for the night (some hope ) xx
