Breakie - nowt - got up too late ;)

Lunch - Salad with a boiled agg, half a tin of tuna and some vlf salad cream

Tea - Thin beef steaks with salad & vlf salad cream.

V&Cs

Boys coming back tonight till Wednesday :D:D xx
 
Hahaha, I love predictive texts, when I dont have my specs on the kids always think I am drunk because of some of the texts they receive.
 
Ive been making sarnies for tomorrow .... all being well and weather permitting we are going to a local Maize Maze ... anyway - needless to say I've been picking at the bread,spread,phili light, cheese, corned beef and anything else that's gone on them while I've been making them!!

Grrrrrrrr!! at self!!! Weighing in tomorrow girl ... are you mad??!! xx

(Rings so tight I had to drag them off so not too optimistic about tomorrow :eek:) xx

How did the weigh in go Jan? Hope it was a good one. You've been good all week from what I've read so you should be OK.
 
Jan, hope the weigh in goes well. Remember, it is all about balance. as long as it keeps in check over time, you will be fine.
I weigh myself every morning when I get up. Not obsessing about it but, personally, it keeps me focussed. Then I report on my Monday weight. Though it will be tomorrow as I have been away for the last four days(hope I have not done too much harm).

HaHa ... I'm okay really. To be honest I don't think it's a true reading (I think it might be my bowels - sorry tmi!) From the way I feel and my clothes feel I think I lost a little bit, but no matter - I DID pick a little last night as I said.

We've had a lovely day out with 2 of the grandsons today. I'm worn out but it was fab .. we went to a maize maze and there was much more there too. I really enjoyed it.

In a rash moment I suggested that my stepgrandson might like to come and join in the fun tomorrow (just 4yrs old! :eek:) so from 3.30 I'll have a 4 a 6 and a 9 year old, until lunchtime wednesday ... I may regret it I know, but as long as they enjoy it ;) xx

Food today Monday 2nd August

Breakie - 2 weetabix, berries etc

Lunch - John West light lunch, a choc chip cake bar (about 120cals)

Tea - Roast chicken, brocolli & leek and 4 pieces of battered sliced roasted potato (about 80 cals I think)

Much needed V&Cs ;) xx

Jan, a STS is a good result for you as it means you are maintaining. You are eating all very healthy foods and yet have a bit of balance in that you eat out and have a few drinks. You don't feel you are depriving yourself. Well done on another good week's work.
