Hmmmm - afraid I've pinched a little bit of ham and a Harvest Morn cereal bar (about 240 cals) :( ... I don't think I was even particularly hungry - it was psychological after forgetting the eggs probably! :eek: xx

Yeah Jan, those couple of things certainly aren't the end of the world. I'm sure you'll be rewarded for your efforts on Monday x
 
Thanks guys :) Well I know it'll be a gain but not as much of one as if I hadn't 'set to' this week!

Friday 1st October (eek!)

Breakie - Choc whip & 1 of those boiled eggs I left behind last night (not together ;))

Bed

Tea - LWWF pouch of Chili, shape zero

Mum's - 2 slices ham

Work - LT maint bar, 2 boiled eggs xx
 
LOL! Yeah I knew that sounded gross! I promise there was a good half hour or so between them ;) xx
 
Choc whip and egg, then main bar and egg lol. Yummmm :)

Bleedin quality street/roses/heroes/celebrations can I say have a LOT to answer for :eek:. Especially in the lead up to Crimbo (sorry Jan, C word :D). People decide it's a good idea to buy them and then of course it's just RUDE not to eat any of them :eek:. We have a tin of quality street on the Sgts desk, of course the other night I HAD to eat 4 of them :p.
 
Can I just say that I love xmas but hate xmas pudding and xmas cake, there really is no need to over indulge in these foods girls...mince pies however....

s10b - I don't like xmas pud, cake OR mince pies - still doesn't stop xmas getting to me weight wise ;) x

There is a boiled egg hanging around in the kitchen which may find it's way down my neck before I go to bed ;) x
 
Ha ha @ necking the egg, your dinner sounds very nice too! bought myself some quinoa today at last so going to try it this week. Have a nice saturday with your v&c (s) i'm putting puter away and going to do something constructive......put tv on.

Jan, looks like you are back on track and lots of luck for your weigh in tomorrow. It's best to get it out of the way and I am sure that this week will have done a lot to undo the holiday damage.
I am uber busy at present and can't get online as much as I like but am sending positive vibes to all my fellow TFR and GL travellers!!

Ha ha I also have the tv and laptop on at the same time, but I can also drink wine too hows that for multi tasking...hmm not so good maybe.
