Hey Jane how did you get on today at class

Hi AB, it felt great, meet all my friends again felt like I never left, it was weird really, started back on plan yesterday, starting exercising on the wii from tomorrow just brought batteries for it. xx
 
Hi Guys, went back to old class today it felt great, meeting all my old friends again felt like I never left, Debbie our consultant was lovely made me feel so welcome, while I was there she asked if I know any new desserts so I gave them the quick fix cheese cake recipe.
Started back on food plan yesterday and going to start exercising on the wii from tomorrow just brought batteries for it, so my journey has begun. xx

Breakfast
1 Alpine light and banana
fruit tea

Lunch
Bacon, egg, mushroom, tomato, beans.
Mullerlight yogurt
Grapes
Tea with milk

Dinner
Homemade fish and chips with mushy peas
Eaton mess for dessert 3syns
1 pint of water

Supper
1 alpine light
milky coffee (rest of A)
picking on fruit through out the day.
 
Menu looks good Jane. You seem really pleased and quite up beat. Glad your Happy. How does your husband cope with your dinners. Will he Eat what you eat?my Husband is eating just what I'm giving him and he has lost 2.5 lb since Friday. I do love slimming world

Hi AB, he eats most stuff, wont eat pasta but everything else ok, he loves the desserts like most men lol,
Felt great going back to sw meeting old and new friends it was lovely, yes I am pleased and really focus this time, gone back and started exercising done hour this morning.
Its nice to do family meals I don't tell hubby what I have put in the food or how its made, like you I just give him his meals. xx
 
Morning Guys done an hour exercising on the wii today and drunk one pint of water. felt great different realise how much I have missed it.

Still on plan, not exercise today to much ironing to do haha. been making homemade soups to freeze.

Hi Guys, still on plan 100% did an hour exercise again on wii, setting up my 9 week workout again on Monday.
