I dont syn sw crisps. I asked my leader and you don't need to.
I haven't had them for ages though. X

I really enjoyed them, couldn't remember last time I did them, I am not going to syn them because I will only have them every now and again, something to look forward to, they were really easy to make, my hubby wanted some crisp and I didn't want to use my syns on crisp I didn't like (prawn) so I made some, really pleased they turned out nice and crispy, I won't be using my syns on brought crisp anymore that's for sure. xx
 
Morning Guys, still on plan 100% getting nervous about first wi on Thursday. done my hour exercising this morning, going to do the housework now before taking dog out if the rain stops, then going to make mushroom and bacon soup to keep in fridge and freeze some.

Menu for today
Red Day

A=Skim milk
A= 42g reduce chesse
B= 2 400g bread
B= 2 alpine light bars
Breakfast
1 toast with butter frylight
activia 0% yogurt
grapes
banana
1 pint of water
tea with milk

Lunch
bacon, mushrooms, tomato, egg and 1 slice of toast with butter frylight
mullerlight yogurt
melon
glass of water
fruitie tea

Dinner
Shepperd pie made with carrot and swede mash, extra lean mince, onions and peppers. sprinkle with cheese on top.

Dessert
Hot berry soufflé 3syns

Supper
milky coffee
alpine light bar (hxb)

Though out the day
nibbling on fruit and yogurt
alpine bar (hxb)
curly wurly 6syns

Hi Guys, struggling today maybe thinking about tomorrow, done only 20mins exercise wasn't into it this morning, been reading sw cooking books and mags to try and keep myself motivated, I think after tomorrow I will be fine again, I am always like this before wi.

just done an asda shop for tomorrow to come after sw, I have planned my meals for next week including desserts. x

Hi Guys, lost 5lb today, really please, well on track now, 5pound goes in a pot ready to when I get to target. x

Thanks AB he was really chuffed, he was doing it as well and he has lost 1lb which is good, seen he is in bed 90% of the day.
Back on plan again next week I want my half stone sticker. x
 
Fantastic. I love how how weight loss makes us want more. I'm starting to see a change in myself now. And love it. Just wish I would loss it off my bum and Tum lol

Morning ladies, today made some sw pancakes only could eat 2, left the other mixture in the fridge until later, got at least another 3 left, hubby didn't like them only because they were made with porridge oaks lol. put blueberries in the mixture and they tasted really nice, never had them before, might make them into a dessert with what's left later on, whilst they were cooking they smelt like the funfair donuts.
Feeling a lot positive today got my mojo back, hate the night before wi, always on edge and can't sleep, you think we would get use to it wouldn't you.
Going to do my exercises now but will be back later with my food diary. Hope everyone is having a good day.xx

Can I ask how you make your cappuccinos please I adore them and can't find a nice sachet one and am too tight to buy a proper coffee machine lol x fab loss this week.

Hi BB your welcome, I'm the same wed night I'm on edge and can't sleep and today after Thursday wi I'm picking, should be ok tomorrow (Saturday).
I am sorry to disappoint you but its my milk from my A choice I put away for and a spoon full of instant coffee its my indulgence I look forward to at 9pm, but I believe the ASDA Chosen by You Café Instant Latte 8 Individual Sachets are suppose to be good only 3syns. xx
