Morning ladies
Done my exercise today burnt off 590cals not bad it keeps increasing every other day, when I first started again last week only did 260cals big difference, still knackered after it tho but it should get easier, didn't realise how well I use to enjoy exercising, use to do 2hours aday every morning last year, I will get there again no doubt, the exercising helps with my weight loss because I have under acted thyroid and diabetes, I tend to lose weight by exercising and dieting around 2lb with just dieting only around 1/2lb, how I wish for another body lol xx
 
Food diary for today

Menu
A- 350ml skim milk
B- 1 x 400g bread and 1 x alpine light bar

Breakfast
fruit salad topped with nat low fat yogurt
1 pint of water
tea with milk

Lunch
Homemade mushroom soup
1 400g toast with butter fry light
21g grated cheese 3syns
ham topped with tomato
pear and grapes
fruitie tea
glass of water

Dinner
Chicken sw wedges and mushy peas with mushrooms and side salad
eaton mess 3syns

supper
milky coffee
alpine light bar

curly wurly 6 syns
snacking on mullerlight yogurt and fruit

total 12syns

Hi BB thanks, I have to do a lot of exercise to help me lose the weight, otherwise I only lose around 0.5 to 1lb a week its been proven, when I first started sw for the first 2mths I didn't do any exercise I only lost no more than 1.5lb on a good week, when I started exercising I use to lose around 3.5 to 5lb a week that's a big difference. I still have to motivate myself to start but once I'm into it and I love it. xx
 
Food looks good jane. Keep it up. This is our 2nd week of the year so we need to keep it up xxx

Hi Guys not to good today feeling sorry for myself and feel really down keep picking and wanting choc or something sweet just crappy things just anything, set my knee off doing some swats on my 9 week workout, pain is so bad might have to go back to doctors and have another injection in the knee, must of had at least 25syns on crap ie 4bar kitkat,11syns walkers light crisp 6syns, a cookie 3.5syns and a slice of toast with butter frylight with breakfast even tho I had my B choice. 3.5syns, hopefully I should be ok tomorrow just wipe the plate clean and start again. x
 
Don't worry jane. When you're in pain these things can happen.

Don't have any treats in the house! Make sure you visit the doctor about your knee and lay off the exercise x

Thanks Roziee, everything has gone wrong today just can't stop eating crap even chris has pulled me up on it, been good on the food but not on the syns, going to read the sw mag and books then go to bed early and hope I am in a better frame of mind tomorrow.

Hope you wake up positive tommorow. What do you think triggered your bad day off. Do you think it is the pain. Just remember how good you felt when you got on those scales the other day and you had lost.
Get back to it 1st thing. X and don't worry about it too much. If your syns have been low the rest of the week it will work is self out. X

Thank you guys for all your concerns was really touched, feeling a lot better today back on track, been to doctors gave me another injection told me can only have another two more for this year, he sent me to have am xray on knee to see how much demage I've done, I have still strapped up but the knee feels a lot a lot better now the injection should kick in soon.
Don't know what I am going to do with myself without doing my exercises x

Ham salad

So pleased your feeling better today. I think it's the same kind of injection my mum has in her arm for post stroke pain. She has to have that every six months.
Don't worry About the exercise to much. The weight will still come off. X

Thanks AB gave myself a good talking to and read my books, think I was feeling fed up and disappointed with myself x
 
Could you manage swimming or aqua aerobics so its not weight bearing when your feeling more upto it of course it happens to me often I really get into exercise then knee clicks or have a sore shoulder n throws me backwards but thankfully S/W really does work without all the exercise xx

Hi BB haven't been to baths since I was 18yrs old if I went to the baths the water would empty out lol, my strapping comes off tomorrow and I might start exercising on Saturday just gentle aerobics and tennis, I know sw works its just that I can only lose 0.5 to 1lb away without exercising because I have under acted thyroid runs in the family, but I will carry on had a talk to myself and hubby and going to keep positive, hubby said its not a race to the end its a gentle stroll, bless him. xx
 
He's right... There's lots of exercise you can do. You should get some advise from a personal trainer so you know what you can do if your knee plays up again x
